We bought these clubs for our Grandson. His Dad golfs and told us the boys would really like some good clubs to golf with their dad. They have used them and they are very well made and balanced well. All in all this is a great set of clubs for a beginning young golfer.

Paint is wearing a little after 10 rounds, but they are for hitting the ball, not staring at and admiring. As far as performance, they work well. 60 degree is great for those short, below-the-green hits.

TEXAN CLASSICS Swing Trainer & Warm-up Aid

The description lists 3 uses: grip & swing trainer and warm up. I use it for all three and it is the most helpful thing I do before the first tee and during the round. Strongly recommend this product. After using it my accuracy is better and distance is greatly improved. Price at big box store is ludicrous--crazy high. The price I found at Amazon was half to one-fourth as much.

It does everything I want it to do; from the sand trap to the rough around the green. Great back spin on shots; great control...this was a great bargain!!!!

I purchased the #4. Just used this club today. No practice. The club was great. The ball was straight,with loft, and distance, at least for me, 175-180 yds. Great investment.

I have not played golf in 39 years and now living in a retirement city, I thought this might be a time to restart. Since a new set of clubs were needed, it seemed Amazon was the place to start looking. When I ran across the Texan Power 2 set and read the description, that looked to be the set to get. The offer of all graphite shafts at the price stated was unbelievable. When I received the clubs, everything was packed well and in excellent shape. The next step was the driving range. With the over sized heads, these clubs are very forgiving; what a difference from four decades ago!!!
