Valeo Speed Jump Rope

This jump rope is perfect only except it is not easy to adjust the length of the rope. Cuz I am not tall but the rope is kind of long to me. It took me some time to change the length.

Valeo Burst Resistant 65cm Body Ball (Green)

I found this ball and pump to be of poor quality. And, though it said 65cm on the box, it only wanted to inflate to about 55cm. Just to accomplish this, I had to use a foot pump that I'd received a couple of months earlier with the purchase of an Altus exercise ball. By the time this Valeo ball got to 55cm it was very very full. And, again, the box said 65cm. I'm returning this ball and ordering another Altus.

Valeo AW10 10 lb. Adjustable Ankle/Wrist Weights

I wanted a set of adjustable weights for physical therapy and strength training for my back, core, and legs. I am a lean female, and I knew that 10lb weight each on my legs were going to be over the top, but I figured it still would come in handy for leg lifts and what not, and for just walking around I can decrease the weights to just 2~6 lbs each leg.

I received the item today, and I must say, while I am impressed how sturdy they look, with adjustable velcro all the way around, it is HUGE. I look like I have gorilla feet, even when I remove 3 weights off from each. They look durable and long lasting, but the velcro is almost too strong to be taking it on and off frequently... in fact my thumb's sore from tring to rip the velcro ... Read More:

Valeo HW5 5-Pound Neoprene Hand Weights

I'm using the purple 3-pound hand weights right now and can't wait to graduate to these pretty blue 5-pounders when I go out on my walks. I'm just not there quite yet. But I have used these for stationary arm exercises and these are great! Easy to hold on to. Good little fold-out directions with picture instructions of some good arm-toning exercises come with all sets of the Valeo Neoprene Hand Weights. Nice touch!

Valeo Dual Ab Wheel

This is great simple product at a cheap price, it is sturdy.
Some of the people gave it a bad review because they said it is hard to get the handles on but if the would have bothered to read the first line of the directions they would have read the company recommends you use a little lotion or soap, I used a skirt of lotion on the bar before slipping the handles on. It took me about 5 seconds to fully assemble and the handles does not slip off as my son has also been driving it all around.

Valeo Yoga and Pilates Mat (Purple)

I'm slightly disappointed with this. My hands tend to get sweaty and slip while in certain yoga positions (down dog, etc.), and I had hoped this mat would alleviate that, but it doesn't. My hands and bare feet slip on this too. I wear weight lifting gloves now to prevent slipping. I still use the mat as it helps to somewhat cushion my body and my lower back, but would not purchase another like it. It may work better on a bare floor than on carpet. There are 2 of these in a local recreation center where I also workout and they are fine there.

Valeo Body Ball

I bought this ball to use as a replacement chair for work. The normal work chairs aren't very comfortable.

The ball itself is well constructed. The plastic is thick and I don't have to worry about it getting punctured. The only problem I have with the ball is can become a static cling and everything sticks to it.

The device that came with the ball to blow it up is a nuisance. If I had an actual air-pump at work, I would have used that instead. It takes forever to blow up a 75cm ball with the included pump. It also made this high-pitch whine from the air passing into the ball. After I was done blowing the ball up after I got it, the tube that you use between the ball and the pump broke. Not a great product. The mat curls up at one end and this makes it a bit uncomfortable to use.
