I ordered this bow just to use for target practice. I have a long bow 60# but the string hits the underside of your wrist everytime you shoot it, so you have to wear proper wrist protecter while shooting. This bow you can shoot without any wrist protection. Fun to shoot, simple, durable/great bow for the price. Will probably buy another for my son.

It's a good product for beginners. My son was ecstatic when he opened it. We won't let him use it without parental supervision, though. The arrows aren't sharp, but could probably take an eye out if not careful.
