Wow! I love this series. I have both DVD's beginner and advanced. If you are an at home excersizer and kickboxing is your thing this is a MUST for you. Boxing done right. Michael goes through EVERYTHING you need to know from hand wrapping, stance, and form. He shows you how to be the trainer and the trainee. It was like the light went off in my head. I own a lot of kickboxing DVD's. I usually pop them in and just go. I think that this series is SO important because it breaks down everything that you need to know in order for you to get a more effective workout. There's nothing overly fancy about this product, but the key factor is that it works exactly as intended. I use it to help me with circuit training, where I have 20 exercises and want to work out for 60 seconds then have 30 seconds break.
It is easy to program the unit to control number of reps, timer for workout and timer for rest. The alarm is loud (and can be disabled), and the flashing light is bright.
This timer attaches easily to the wall.

the shape of the bag became a little uneven after filling it with water, but the quality appears to be decent.

These gloves are great and very supportive for punching the bag. The only problem I ran into was that the SMALL size was too small for me, even though I have fairly small hands. The medium is a perfect fit.

Everlast Freestanding Heavy Bag

I bought this bag awhile ago thinking that for my stand up it would be good. As others have mentioned this DOESN'T replace a heavy hanging bag but this is still a great item. The problem I had when I bought this bag was expecting it to be tall enough for me to punch but sadly this is not the case. I'm a little taller so my punches go over the bag but this is great if you want to practice body shots or working the inside. Now, for why I think this bag is great. I practice Muay Thai and I swear to you that there is no other product better for practicing simple kicks and knees. This bag is the perfect height for working the Muay Thai clinch of course nothing beats having someone wearing pads but if you don't have the luxury of someone to spar with this bag ... Read More:

Wont stay put when you punch it. My two year old knocked it off my desk top. I was very disappointed. Dont waste your money. Wish that I could give it zero stars

Everlast Personal Round Timer

As soon as I received my Timer and began checking it out, I realized right away just how poorly this thing was made. The "Rest" feature, the setting to determine how long you have to rest between rounds, has two options, 30 or 60 seconds. Mine only allows 60 seconds, regardless of which position the setting is actually on.

I truly expected much better from Everlast. I've been kickboxing for years and I have many of their products with nothing bad to say about anything else they've put their name on.

For someone who does most of his workouts at home on my own heavy and speed bags & jump rope, etc, this timer is all I thought I would need.

Very disappointed.

That was my worse internet shopping experience in my life. 3 times they tried to deliver my merchandise to me, and I never received it. Finaly I cencelled my order, end I didn't get my money back yet.
