perfect! ...except I hit the boxing bag with it and my knuckle skin chafed off so I had to wear 2-3 bandaids for almost a week before it healed.

I bought sports-tape for my knuckles at a drug-store so I don't get hurt next time I use them again.

could be improved with longer fingers-coverage and a little padding on the thumb-knuckles too.

This product's great cuz it has a little elastic on the underwrist so you can velcro on the wrist-guard part easier with your free hand. Almost 100% perfect pair of MMA gloves...non-leather so no animals got killed in the making of it; which also makes it less expensive to make and affordable for us. yehay!

My son loves it. It goes perfect with his Halloween costume. I think it's a bit dangerous with it's sharp metal points and edges (which he found cuts cardboard), and shouldn't be used by children without parental supervision. As a collectors item it's a bit pricey.

I bought this bag awhile ago thinking that for my stand up it would be good. As others have mentioned this DOESN'T replace a heavy hanging bag but this is still a great item. The problem I had when I bought this bag was expecting it to be tall enough for me to punch but sadly this is not the case. I'm a little taller so my punches go over the bag but this is great if you want to practice body shots or working the inside. Now, for why I think this bag is great. I practice Muay Thai and I swear to you that there is no other product better for practicing simple kicks and knees. I have owned many different bag gloves in my life and these are the worst. The wrist support isn't that great and the padding over the knuckles is inferior to other bag gloves made by Everlast makes. Stiff and lacking wrist support.

These shoes are excellent for both kung fu and wushu and working out on carpet or concrete - which is what they were designed for. I would not advise them for running, as the sole does not have much padding. They are excellent for any martial arts requiring a wide range of foot motion or very low stances (like karate/Northern style kung fu/wushu) because they leave the ankles uncovered, allowing a large range of ankle flexibility. They're also good because the flat sole keeps you from pronating while doing kicks or being in low stances, which can sprain or strain an ankle.

They do tend to get holes and splits along the big toe or heel after about six months of working out 5-6 days a week. However, for the price, I highly recommend them. ... Read More:

Wont stay put when you punch it. My two year old knocked it off my desk top. I was very disappointed. Dont waste your money. Wish that I could give it zero stars

After reading the reviews I knew it I would fill it with water......No problems there. I also put and old sparing helmet on it's head and I have viciously attacked this slamman for the last year with explosive workouts.

Its still like the ay I bought it
