Black Cloth Shin Instep Pads

I have owned these pads for about 4 months now. They are over the calf style and stay in place very well. This makes them a little harder to get on and off but its not too taxing. These pads are also pretty hard. They are made of fairly hard foam and on a fast hit they don't give much and sound almost like plastic soccer shin guards but if you squeeze them with your finger aqnd thumb they are compressable on both sides.

Foot pad stays in place well but does rotate in the outer shell a bit. Overall for the price and performance they're hard to beat.

This sword was definetly not what I expected. It did come in quickly but im not happy with the sword it self. The blade isn't sharp at all, its beyond dull its actually flat. The sheath is made from a cheap almost cardboard material and is way too light. all together the whole thing weighs maybe 1lb. Not impressed. At all. All in all if your serious and want a good sword, look elsewhere. This one isnt worth the $12.

When I say they work, I mean you can actually throw them into wooden targets and they'll pierce and stick to the target. Takes a little doing to get them out, too.

"Bat king" on one side. Blank on the other. I display it with the blank side showing. As can be seen in the picture, the sharpened edges are only on the top and sides; the bottom isn't edged and the bottom tip (and the bat-ears) isn't sharpened.

Everlast 4008 Traditional Heavy Bag (80 lb.)

This bag has been very durable. I don't use it every day. Just on days between going to the gym. It gets use 2-3 days per week. The only problem I had was that it was pretty hard in a few areas. I went to a sporting goods store and they had one hanging up and it was much softer. The guy told me (off the record) that they had went against manufacturer's recommendations and unzipped the top and removed some of the filler. I did the same at home with mine and then rolled it around the floor to more evenly distribute the filler and it is much better now.

I own a pair of these Everlast MMA mitts. The surface is bigger than traditional pads and can support larger gloves or hands. These mitts are thicker and can absorb more punishment than traditional focus mitts. Some other reviewers complained about its non-adjustable wristband, but with its stationary one, people can quickly switch between holder and striker. If you want a top quality pad for mixed martial arts, traditional martial arts, or boxing, buy them.

Rubber Practice Knife

The knife is kind of cheap. All the silver pealed off pretty quickly. A bit too flexable but it serves its purpose.
