Perspective: I consider myself a little above the average joe in terms of fit, health and athletic level.

I did spend a little time doing extensive research before purchasing this skates taking into considerations my needs for exercise, lesiure skating, and experience level. The skate is a little pricier than others but is worth it. I have enjoyed using the skates so far.

The skates seems very well made and has nice features like the soft boots, the easy to slip on strings, clips and straps. I used to rollerblade in college so getting back into this skate was fun and made me realized how much I lost many of the skating skills. Rollerblade Pro XT Women's Inline Skates

We were looking for good quality rollerblades for our 12 year old daughter for her birthday. These fit the bill perfectly. So far, they seem to be holding up just great, the ride is smooth and we didn't spend big bucks on them as I'm sure she will eventually outgrow them. My daughter is just learning how to rollerblade so these are probably taking more abuse than with someone more experienced. The only criticism is that the lacing system is somewhat difficult with the laces then the straps. Otherwise I am happy (so is my daughter) with the purchase.

Bell Venture Bike Helmet

As you can see from the customer product images, I purchased a Bell Venture helmet over two years ago. I'm back to buy another because I fell off the edge of a low "North Shore" ladder at a mountain bike park and this helmet saved my noggin from a good wallop. As it's designed to, the helmet cracked but my head didn't.

My Venture has held up well for the ~3,000 miles I've put on it. The glue on the pads on the front has worn out a little causing the backing/foam/felt to separate about halfway but it's still comfortable just a little uncosmetic. The chin strap has avoided getting worn out on my cheek's beard stubble better than my other Bell helmet but maybe it's a fluke.
