I first got the bender ball deal (video and all) but the ball deflated pretty quickly although it works pretty good. I had gotten the extra ball for either my daughter (who doesn't really need it)or a friend. Well I started using it instead and I can already feel and see a difference in my abs - my pants are fitting better - not as much muffin top. I would recommend. Using any of the balls really does make it easier on your back and neck than doing regular sit ups.

I bought my Rainbows from a wholesale market in Beijing, China. At first I was skeptical about the authenticity, but who would want to knock off flip flops?! It had the original tags and it looked like the real thing.
I purchased them for $6 USD and I didn't even bargain with them! When I got home and read up on them, articles say that they are "Made in China".
It's just shocking that these sandals are going for at least $40 when I bought them from a public wholesale market for $6!! I wouldn't pay the original price, but they are comfy.

I have two sets of this product. (two bikes) The dust storms (overseas) here require a strong light to produce good visibility. This set does it without a problem. I highly recommend and would buy again with no hesitation.

I love my Nalgene! I have never put hot liquids in mine, but I love that it's easy to put lots of ice in it, and with the little sipper accessory you can buy it's fantastic b/c the 'ice dam' never breaks & you can drink it while you're driving and not worry about getting wet. I've had mine for 2 years now & still using the same 1! I have a spare, just incase this one breaks or gets lost. I find them VERY sturdy b/c I've droped mine a bunch of times & it's never cracked. It's fallen off the top of the car, out of the car, my 4 year old has dropped it. I think it's virtually indestructable.
