I used these during a 7 day endurance race and they worked great. I live in a humid climate and when my hands start swelling in the humidity during training, I can tell that my electrolytes are out of whack. I pop one of these and within a short time, my hands are back to normal. Works great.

This belt is a complete relief!! Whenever my SI pain flares up, this helps to stabilize my hips and relieve the pain faster. I could not get through the flare ups without it.

Aesthetically, it looks fine, except under tight clothes, but that's to be expected. I think this belt is a cheaper option to many others out there. And it costs twice as much if you purchase it from a physical therapist.

McDavid Hex Power Shooter Arm Sleeve

This sleeve works and fits very well for me. As with anything, you have to take care of it (air it out after use. Hand wash in warm water), but it fits me well. I have 14" biceps (around) and a 7" wrist. It's a little loose on my wrist, but very snug on my biceps.

Also, this can be worn on either arm, but feels much better on the right. MUCH BETTER!

Ever since I started marathon running I've been searching for a calorie supplement. Ive tried the gels, goos and cubes but was never satisfied.
