My trainer told me abought this product. you get a mix of protein in the packaged. It also help your body after the good word out. the next day your body won't be so sore. I have been use it for six months. Also it helps to loose weight.

I got this support about a month ago. I'm only 17 weeks pregnant but have been having REALLY bad lower back pain/hip pain. This support is AWESOME! It lifts my tummy without being uncomfortable (doesn't make me nauseous when most things on my tummy do) and supports well so I can walk across the college campus, go bowling, etc. Hoping it continues to work well throughout my pregnancy but I can already tell there is plenty of room for expansion.

Perhaps my bottle is different than the one the previous reviewer received..? Certainly doesn't look like it was made in a basement. There is some research that suggests that these particular nutrients do indeed raise testosterone. However, you can run down to a local Target or Osco etc and pick up individual vitamins/minerals and combine them for a lot less than this product is selling for (I bought similar ingredients at a local Fry's supermarket). This is convenient though.
