This thing is very uncomfortable and found it to be way too large through the back part and too tight in the front. It rides up and doesn't lie flat on my mid-section and the straps are so loose that they don't really hold your shoulders back at all. It seems pretty cheaply made and doesn't provide any fabric support at all for the back. Waste of money.

This diet does work but there are a few issues with it. I tried it just to lose about 8 pounds that I needed to lose to meet a requirement. I would never have tried it but I had to lose weight quickly.

First off if your actually thinking of trying this you have to know that this is NOT a diet that anyone can actually stick with. This should be used for a quick very small weight loss goal, I would say 10 pounds or less.

Pro's
1. Fiber & Protein, that basically all your getting.

2. Low calorie

3. They are cookies, how bad can they be.

4. Quick loss, if you follow the plan.

Con's

I was a little skeptical that this stuff was different from any other sports drink until I tried it on the urging of some of the people in my tri training group. I train through the hot New Orleans summers, and this stuff is amazing. Before Cytomax, I'd often end up with a splitting headache after I'd done a long run or bike in the heat, no matter how diligently I watched my hydration. I don't know how or why Cytomax is different from all the other sports drinks, but there's no headache after training when I use this stuff. I've talked to at least two other people who use it for the exact same reason.

Perceived effort and cramping are also improved, but the reason I'll be a lifelong customer is that it allows me to train hard in the heat ... Read More:

The item itself is great but I would suggest ordering from fitrx or muscledepot instead. On the original order I received the item with the entire label missing so I sent it back requesting they send the item in it's correct packaging. The replacement was received with the label but the "best if used by" date looks as if it has been mysteriously erased.

Anybody looking to get a great pump and a great increase in their strength i definately recommend this. My recent bench went from a 290 to 330 in 2 weeks. My body is definatly toned up more as well because of this product.

First, let me say that I gave this product 4 stars because 3.5 is not an option. I personally feel this is a 3.5 product out of 5 stars, and not actually 4.

With that having been said, I will now give my 2 cents about this product.

First, this product is loaded. If you turn over the label, and read the back, you will find a very complete and detailed list of ingredients, many of which you probably won't know too much about right off the top of your head (I know I don't).

Secondly, the product actually works (at least for me it did). Within about 10-15 minutes after taking this stuff I can feel a certain increase in blood flow through my body, especially across my neck and scalp. Definately can also tell the difference ... Read More:
