This is an extensive and comprehensive kit with only one flaw - the nylon carry bag and the detachable field-trauma kit bag are not weather-resistant or waterproof. Some of the items in the kit are individually sealed in plastic, but most are only protected by that standard wax-paper film like Band-Aids come in and will be ruined if they come into contact with water.

Don't let this deter you from this excellent kit - buy a package of heavy-duty 2-quart baggies. Double-seal everything up and stuff it back into the original compartments - problem solved (plus now you have baggies to hike out your bio-med trash).

I've had this product for a few weeks now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I had full reconstructive surgery on my left knee a few years ago and have been through brace after brace. I'm in the Marine Trades so I'm walking, standing, kneeling, squating and just a wide range of motion and this brace makes it all simple. No pain, no tension and full support.

In the US, Dynaflex is the only co. that markets gyroballs. Your local sports shops sell mostly their lowest line: Dynaflex Pro or Plus w/ no light. The model Powerball is their highest line, but not the highest made in the world. If you want something heavier w/ greater force, look for NSD Powerball. If you want a complete comparison between models (& between Dynaflex & NSD), go to BOSSBi dot com. I bought this Dynaflex Powerball blue light, it's very fun, beneficial just as it claims & durable. But it's plain impossible to start w/o a cord. So pick up a start station too. The meter will also be fun if you want to see how fast it spins.

- not as flexible as an ace for range of motion, but gives more support and is more adjustable than your shoes - has laces and velcro straps.
- for initial treatment of a sprain I found the air cast gave more relief from pain and adequate support, however once I was up and walking around I wanted the aso to make sure I didn't turn my foot the wrong way again.

Not sure what happened to all of the reviews for this stuff but here's mine...

I've been taking this as my post workout shake for the past few months and I've noticed my recovery time is minimal. I'm not in agony the day after a workout or anything anymore. Aside from that, it is very filling.

I usually make mine with a small bit of water, some soy milk, a banana, some natural peanutbutter, and a bunch of ice. I chuck it all in a blender and it's fine. If you don't want to use a blender then I'd suggest a blender bottle as it doesn't mix all that well with just a spoon in a cup of water.

Tastes great and doesn't have as much fat as other stuff out there. Great for when you're watching your carbs too.
