This is the first product to give me the results I was after. The delivery (shipping) took about 6 or 7 days. I'm about two weeks away from an empty bottle so I ordered another bottle today. These past two weeks have yielded great results! My back, shoulders and arms have really responded and people are already paying compliments on size gained. I've also been eating a lot of quality calories. But eating big is the norm for me, however, eating big and taking SUS500 has made a considerable difference. This is the first time I'm taking CEE and been on it for about 10 days now. No noticeable gains in strength or weight gain. When I've taken mono before I did put like 10 pounds on in 2 weeks, but all of it was water weight, and one night of drinking and you can kiss goodbye your increased size. Its still to early for me to tell if cellmass is working and I'm going to give BSN a fair shot. Amazon solicted me for my opinion, so here it is. My goal is put on lbs. I'm 28, a buck 75 shredded looking to hit 190 cock diesel. In all honestly, my best gains so far have been from weight gainers, and my next dollars will probably be spent on that. I still have 30 days left of the product, so ask me again in a month and my opinion may change.

So far i've used this for about 2 weeks when I play ball, it feels secure & gives good ankle support when you make cuts or change of direction. Make sure you wear a sock under it though because it does irritate the skin until you break it in. Overall, it works great!

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THOSE EXPENSIVE BACK BRACES OUT THERE! Instead buy this one! It's surprisingly comfortable (if worn with a shirt underneath)and pulls back your shoulders for those of us that have poor posture. Came in a very timely manner. THANK YOU!

I got sucked into buying these when I bought a pair of Nike Air Maxes, which were plenty comfortable without the insoles. I never used them in the shoes they were intended for originally, because I had a different pair of shoes with embarrassingly little padding. However, when I put these insoles in them, they were instantly my favorite shoes. I just bought another pair of these Spenco insoles and I literally said "aahhh" (relaxation) when I put them back in. In being on my feet for extended periods of time, I find that my heels are what suffer the most, and the insoles are cushioned so well that you immediately can tell the difference. This product is good quality and I like that it attaches to the chair, but it's much bigger than I expected. I'm an average sized female (currently pregnant) and I find that in my office chair this pushes me way too far forward and is very uncomfortable. In my husband's car it works a bit better, but still feels pretty big.

If you're a medium-small sized woman I'd suggest trying the petite/slimline model instead. I haven't used that one myself, but something smaller is definitely needed for me.

This product is effective, but the taste is so horrible that I threw it all out. It is worth stating, I can endure nearly any taste if I feel I have a reason to, and with the expense of this product and two full trays... I had a reason to. Unfortunately, I found that I could not bring myself to chew this for the full five minutes recommended, since the taste got more and more bitter with every chew. Considering the many other options I have for caffeine (including Jolt Gum which is entirely palatable), I will not be buying this again.
