I've been into nutrition supplements since I met Emergen-C and FizzIt/Zip Fizz, and various multi-vitamins. Several members of my family are body builders and health nuts. My sister recommended this product to me.

First off, I got this for $45 at a local GNC store (with membership). I was surprised I could get the same stuff at Amazon, with subscription for $25...

I usually take just one pack a day with a very tall glass of water after breakfast. You definitely will want to take this with food and PLENTY of water. One thing you will notice after taking this, your body will want water and lots of it. Throughout the entire day I feel a noticeable rise in energy as if I had a really dark cup of coffee.

This is a great little device--it provides cold and compression, and allows you to move around while recovering. I had a labrum repair followed by frozen shoulder, and icing is a must for comfort and sanity. I believe this is the least expensive such product with free shipping on Amazon, and it works great to boot. Makes frozen peas look like poop. For knee icing, CVS type stores offer a nice wrappable ice pack, but they don't really have good shoulder contraptions.

I bought this as my trainer started me out on a bulking routine, after a couple of months of full body workouts for conditioning.

This definitely helped me during this (ongoing) mass-gaining routine. I feel more energetic, and of course, saw a quick 6-7 lb increase within the first loading week, although much of it is water retention, probably. I've gone on to add a total of 14-15 lbs over the last 8 weeks, and I'm still gaining a pound or so each week. I eat a lot of food, and that has more to do with the weight gain than anything else. But the Creatine helps during the workout.

I've been taking this for the past five weeks and have made noticeable gains. My recovery time is cut in half, and the sustained energy during workouts is also quite noticeable. I'm benching with 255lbs x 6instead of the normal 225lb x 6. Dumbell curl with 60 lbs instad of the usual 45 lbs. Arms are stretching the tape at 17 1/2 inches, before they were a tad under 17. I have to say, this product is working well for me so far. However, during the loading phoase, I cramped a little bit, but my water intake wasn't as high as it probably should have been. Also, I take only one serving a day instead of the recommended two. too expensive for what it does. It feels like its stretching the neck a little , but you might as well just hang your head over the edge of your bed. Same exact effect but $130 less costly.

This is a great product. I have bursitis in my hips and this helps since I sit at work all day. The only complaint I have is that the fragrance of the plastic is very strong. I tried scrubbing with baking soda and exposing to strong sun but the frangrance still remains. Its not offensive, just very strong.
