CURRENTLY, AMAZON HAS YET TO UPDATE THE NUTRITIONAL PROFILE OF THIS PRODUCT, "LEAN BODY", BY LABRADA. THERE ARE 330 CALORIES, AND THE NEW FORMULA HAS 8 GRAMS OF FIBER- AND I JUST SCRATCH MY HEAD AS TO WHY ITS TAKEN EVERYONE SO LONG TO PUT FIBER IN THEIR MEAL REPLACEMENTS. BE AWARE OF THE DIFFERENCE, AS THE LABRADA "CARB WATCHERS" HAS ONLY 12 GRAMS OF CARBS, THIS ONE HAS 24. PERSONALLY, I REALLY LIKE THE VANILLA FLAVOR BETTER. THE CHOCOLATE REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME. IT DOESNT TASTE BAD, BUT I JUST EXPECTED MORE OF A CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM FLAVOR. NOT!!! BUT, THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT, AND IF YOU REALLY LIKE AND PREFER CHOCOLATE, YOU SHOULD BE OKAY WITH IT. BUT IF YOU'RE TORN IN BETWEEN, JUST GET THE VANILLA.

This is the second time I've ordered this product. Each time I have recieved the product, it has been relatively odor free. Then, in about a month, it usually develops an odor and its effectiveness becomes less potent. Since this odor was different each time, I can only assume it is because of metabolism by microorganisms, meaning that this product is perishable.

Now that I am aware of this, I will store the product in the freezer next time around.

The reason I will order it again is because it is highly effective with a daily tablespoon dose (what I calculated the label recommended), while uncontaminated. I noticed a huge difference in creativity as well as the negation of next day affects of alcohol consumption. ... Read More:

I like to eat these as a part of my pre-workout meal when its good to get some complex, slow digesting carbs. They taste great and have a really good nutritional profile with a nice amount of fiber. I generally try to get some extra protein with them since ~10 grams of protein with ~30 grams of carbs isn't the most balanced, but pre-workout I have some protein powder anyways.

I did see a review that mentioned they were cheaper at Sams, and well yes that is true and Sams is generally where I get mine. However if you aren't a Sams member or don't have one near you the extra price on Amazon might be worth it considering the extra cost of gas and sales tax!

Every person is going to react different to this stuff. Lucky for me, it works great when combined with Methyl Masterdrol. I make solid muscle gains as well as getting cut at the same time. I take this with alot of fish oil and I don't get hardly no side effects from it ( I do get a little aggression/moody hear and there). Overall good stuff!!
