I bought a pair because my knees ache a little when I climb stairs and I had plans to hike Grand Canyon. I was amazed that my knees did not hurt at all hiking down 7.5 miles. My joints were slightly sore afterward when I removed the straps and walked around, but it was hardly noticeable. I highly recommend these straps - they save a lot of discomfort for the price.

I have been taking this for over a month and it takes awhile to notice the effects, but I think you will be pleased! It made me hot at times and that was the only side effect I noticed! Should be a little cheaper, all things considered...

For 39 years, we have acted faithfully as leg hinges for our guy. During 35 of those years, we never complained, never sprained ourselves, nor twisted ourselves. It was always the Ankle boys down below that were giving him problems. Yet, age took its toll on us and our guy started running, biking, and playing basketball less when he hit the "35 year wall." After suffering for 8 weeks with plantar fasciitis, having a cortisone injection, wearing a shoe insert, and ultrasound treatment, I decided to try the night splint after reading the reviews. What a difference it made - after three nights of wearing the splint, and doing the exercises in the 5-minute P/F solution book, my pain decreased by 80%. I ordered a size smaller as recommended and it was a great idea - expected to have difficulty sleeping with it on, but it is very lightweight and I had no trouble at all. I limited walking in it to nighttime bathroom trips. Was well worth the money!

I think the directions are a little off on this product as it suggests 5g/day for an adult, but this can produce some mild cramping. 2.5g is more than enough for an average bodybuilder and it has been suggested by professionals that 1g/100 lb bodyweight is what the body can absorb and utilize.

I bought this kit for a backpacker trip through Costa Rica. It truly was light weight and took up little room in the backpack. I had to add a couple of things, like small scissors for cutting moleskin, and a few extra bandages, and there was plenty of room to put these in the kit. I have not had opportunity to test the water tight aspect of the kit, but based on my satisfaction so far, I have no doubts it will live up to this claim as well.

Good product -increases strength and stamina.
I noticed a change after taking 2 capsules after about three days which can be summarized as follows:
1. Increased endurance in the gym.
2. No side effects associated with other test products such as anger, aggression, agitation, acne etc
3. Increased my personal confidence.

I don't take the product daily but on the average about 2-3 times a week. So I don't know the effects of daily use.

I have the Bandit product and got another one but wanted something that I can alternate and wear at work without looking like a lost squash player.

This did not give me any relief and after adjusting it every which way it just did not cut the mustard. The only time it gave me relief was when it also kept blood flowing to my fingers.

I would give it one star but I am going to use it as a fancy - and pricey - cuff guard instead so I don't get chain grease on my trousers.
