This item "works" but my dog does not like it - after a month of trying to get him used to it, he still won't let me file his nails with it. I will keep trying but I'm not optimistic.

Purchased primarily to file dog's claws e.g. to shorten them so they don't become too long. Dog is long-haired and despite my efforts to trim hair in the vicinity of his paws, it seems as if I'd have to trim his legs an inch or more to avoid the hair becoming entangled in the rotating device. Neither he nor I enjoy that! Am hesitant about continuing to use it. About ready to revert back to the hand-operated claw trimer formerly used.

Pros:
Small. Easily stored in your trunk.
Light. Lug around with one hand easily.
Cheap.
Long cigarette lighter cord.
Auto shutoff feature.

Cons:
LOUD! No idea what B&D was smoking when they claimed this unit us "quiet"
Slow. A few seconds at a gas station, several minutes with this unit. Per tire!
Laughably short AC cord.
Pressure dial is hard to read.

Seems well-built. I've used the grout saw, the e-blade, the scraper and the segment blade. The e-blade and scraper were a little disappointing. The grout saw and segment blade worked great. I understand the sander works very well, too, but haven't tried that yet... The replacement blades seem a little over priced which is disappointing. I hope the tool pays for itself. Time will tell.

At first I wasn't sure about a cordless but figured I'd try it and i'm glad I did. Its lightweight and very easy to use. The battery really lasts a long time. The kit comes with plenty of accessories. My only two complaints is that the accessories aren't really labeled so you have to play match the photo to the accessory. And my other complaint is that when turning on or off, the switch seems to be a little loose and it turns on to super high speed.

I used it to sand and buff a few things and it works super. Just make sure you wear goggles and have a good table to work on because the dust flies everywhere.

Other than those two things its worth having it.

This is a filter for a product that has to have it. The necessary evil is that B&D actually want me to replace this every whatever. Not necessary. Just clean it out. Otherwise, the money paid for new filters will rack up to over the price of the hand vacuum.

I bought this drill almost a year ago. I use it professionally (I'm a helicopter mechanic) and at home. This is a very powerfull and LIGHT drill. I replaced a dewalt 18v when I bought this one. There is no way I will go back to any other drill. I use it everyday, I even used it to put up a 12' X 21' metal building. Putting up the building did put a bit of a taxing on the drill, but that is a job that is meant for a screw gun not a cordless drill. It worked excellet though. The impact has worked very well for me as well, however I haven't put it through the rigorous beatings that I have put the drill through but I'm sure it would handle it's self in the same manor.
