One of my teaching colleagues had one of these and raved about it. It has been very useful in bringing boxes of books and files and materials for projects from home to my classroom. I like the fact that it doesn't have a crate attached to it so that it can support various sizes of containers.

My friend and I moved a heavy filing cabinet (with contents inside) and a very big and heavy entertainment center from Ethan Allen. I planned a move for 30 mins but we were done in half that time. I noticed some minor (hardly noticeable) scratches on my wood floor - nothing significant. I think this can be avoided if you wipe Moving Men clean first and also sweep floor of any debris beforehand.

Using this cart as a dock cart. Elegant, sturdy design. I can cart 20 gallons of diesel with some clever bungi cord placements.

First Alert EL52-2 2 Story, 14 Foot Escape Ladder

It is an Avis Strap style material... like a very thin seat belt. It will burn, and can be cut/ripped if damaged. On the package it says STEEL is tested for 1125#, but IN the package is says not to exceed 375 pounds. The rungs are strong but the strapping is weak. The rest of the family can burn or jump while Dad carries one to safety. That is, if it doesn't decay, or be attacked by moths and mold before we need to use it. Nice.

Other ladders are all steel and a better deal. I'm disappointed First Alert has to revert to misleading sales gimmicks to unload these products.

We go to a lot of book sales, and also help with the one our local Friends of the Library give twice a year. This cart is perfect for what we need. It was easy to assemble, it's very sturdy, and the compact size really helps for indoor use in crowded conditions. Plus, it folds up, so it's a snap to load into the car.

Putting this item together was a daunting task until I finally looked at the picture of the assembly on the packing box and figured it out. It's too bad that the instruction sheet didn't have the same picture. Pounding in the capture pins on the two handles was a bit difficult, but I figured out how to do that too.
It's a fairly heavy duty work bench and folds up flat for ease of storing. I needed such an item and was pleased with it. The price was also reasonable.

This wallboard lift is really amazing. It is built strong.
I hung 4'x 12' sheetrock with this lift and it was so easy.
Don't let the low price fool you.It is well worth a lot more.
