Rockwell RK9000 Jawhorse

This is a well thought out and solidly built device. It is about 43 lbs. but has a built in roller for moving it around. After reading the small manual it is easy to operate. I wish they had enclosed more examples of uses and applications but the users will have no problem find uses for this thing. Only time will tell about durability but it appears tuff. I would tell any person who works with their hands to by one.

Rockwell Jawhorse Welding Station RK9100

I don't like deceptive advertising. The Welding Jawhorse is advertised and pictured as a complete device. It isn't. It's an ACCESSORY to the Jawhorse. At the time of this writing there's nothing that says anything about this being an "add-on" or "accessory" to the Jawhorse. It's advertised as a job specific Jawhorse like the plywood Jawhorse is. Consequently, you would expect it to be cheaper so the price didn't indicate that it was just an accessory. The device itself may actually
be okay but there's no excuse for misleading people by advertising this as a complete device.

I have not used the Fein version of this but it looked like it cut faster at the show demo. I really think the difference was the blade. In any case the Rockwell is adequate for home use so I'm OK with it. The deluxe kit does have dust collection but I have not used that feature yet.

The unit is variable speed which I think is a very good thing to have for plastics etc. I have used that feature.

The drive hub is a hex so the Fein blades will not fit unless you can make an adapter (which I will do) Rockwell does sell individual blades (I bought some at the show) but I guess you have to order them on the phone. I did not find a way to buy them online.

Rockwell ProGrade 7A Planer 7.0 AMP 3-1/4 Inch

Received drill in a timely manner. Charged the two batteries as per instructions. Neither battery would stay caharged long enough to drill 6 holes in 1/16" mild steel. Returned drill for credit. Have not as of this date received credit.
