Until Amazon manages to get everything packaged in frustration-free packaging, this little toy is a great thing. My favorite part is the bent scissors that let you cut the plastic close to the edge without getting your hand scratched up. This is a wonderful thing.

I have painted several rooms in my house and more needs to be done. Taping the trim, hate it! Up and down ladders to tape around doors and ceiling trim. I bought this edger at my local depot also. Best $18 I ever spent! It takes about 3 mins to read the directions and off you go. This unit made painting so easy, the tray holds lots of paint. It took 2 swipes before I got the hang of it. What took me over an hour before (I put on primer with roller and brush) took 20 mins with this edger, the whole wall (3' x 10')! I didn't run into the scraping problems others had, just turned unit so the flat edge was facing new paint. These rollers are terrible. They matted up and didn't provide good coverage. I had to repaint the walls again. I'll save them for primer coats until they're used up
