I purchased this washer a little more than a year ago, and once I got the bottom plate on correctly (which is not easy to tell from the documentation), it's been great. Several others have mentioned this, but you want to put the metal plate thing on so it bulges out, rather than in. If you put it on bulging in, you will hear TERRIBLE noises when you try to do laundry. With it in the right position, it is actually quite quiet.

I've had a few spills, but not due to anything the washer did--my sink was actually clogged or partially clogged and overflowed. This was not the fault of the washer in the slightest. Super easy to install - mounts easy, cartridge replacement is super easy, plumbing fittings are simple. I picked this model because it says it filters out chloramine. Most municipalities use chloramine, not chlorine these days and less chemicals going into my families diet the better is my motto.

I opened each of the 3 filter boxes and none of them have the sticker you peel off and place on the filter to remind you when to change the filter.

I called Amana and they not only refused to send me 3 replacement stickers, they told me I have to go back to the compamy of purchase and complain to them! I found out the telephone number for the company that actually makes the filter for Amana and they sent me one lame looking sticker that probably came from Office Depot or Staples.

WHAT A JOKE!!!

This stuff is pretty good. I'd say it's about two knotches better than soft scrub. That's about it though. It's not a miracle product as some might have you believe. It won't pull the worst cooktop stains off but it will make daily cleanup easier.

This product is beynd amazing... I make a lot of baked dishes with cheese, and this has made scrubbing almost a thing of the past! Spray, wait fifteen minutes, and clean it off.

The down side is mainly the smell. Not bad, just strong.
