I bought this filter and spare cartridge for my father. He said he doesn't like it... the water tastes flat. I told him the filter is working the way it's supposed to... it's filtering out all the bad stuff, especially chlorine, etc.
I like it, and will soon buy one for my house too.

Everpure H-54 Replacement Filter Cartridge

It was easy to install this cartridge for the water filter on the line that goes to the ice maker in the refrigerator. The hardest part was getting behind the refrigerator to shut the water supply off. After that, you just twist gently and pull the old cartridge out and then align and push the new cartridge in and twist. It came with instructions which explain the process well.

I had a grease strainer in the past and it was getting pretty old. I could not find another one at Wal-Mart or Target. I was very happy when I was able to find another one. Great product!

Dryer Doc I purchased this product because my dryer hose kept falling out of the vent opening. It was taped with duct tape and after a period of time the tape came loose and I would find my dryer hose on the floor. I was skeptical about this product but was proven wrong. It works great. Whoever invented it must have experienced the same problem with their dryer vent as I have. For the minimal cost of the product it is worth a try.

Norpro Tin Heat Diffuser

I have a gas range which I like for almost all cooking except when I want to simmer or keep things hot. Even with the flame turned all the way down things would still cook or boil. The diffuser I bought allows me to simmer things without them overcooking or sticking to the pan.

I switched from a Brita faucet-mounted water filter to this one. Though the initial investment is greater, it is well worth the money for the ease of use and installation this product offers, as well as its longevity. The faucet-mounted filters tend to break or need replacement yearly, and the filter needs replacement yearly for this countertop model. The price of replacing a faucet mounted filter and replacing the filter for this countertop are nearly identical. The countertop offers a much faster flow of water, much easier operation, and it does not take up room in a small sink when you're trying to wash dishes.
