I bought this drill almost a year ago. I use it professionally (I'm a helicopter mechanic) and at home. This is a very powerfull and LIGHT drill. I replaced a dewalt 18v when I bought this one. There is no way I will go back to any other drill. I use it everyday, I even used it to put up a 12' X 21' metal building. Putting up the building did put a bit of a taxing on the drill, but that is a job that is meant for a screw gun not a cordless drill. It worked excellet though. The impact has worked very well for me as well, however I haven't put it through the rigorous beatings that I have put the drill through but I'm sure it would handle it's self in the same manor. Works well on wall paper, linoleum and even some floor tile. Fun to use it to clean windows with the squeegee attachment. It is not very loud, regardless of what others say. Yes, the attachments are plastic and you must not use a lot of force on them or you will break them. The switch in the trigger really distinguishes this model from the cheaper one and it is well worth it. Without the switch, you get too much water on the wall and the dry-wall blisters. The wallpaper comes off easily but the drywall must be sanded and spackled before it can be painted. How do I know that ?

This product is perfect speed for all my needs:

-- At the office to sand down patient toenails.
-- At home to drill, sand, cut stuff.

I love the increased number of speeds. I still have an original Dremel that works; at that time one had to go to Radio Shack to purchase a solenoid to control the speeds for different jobs. My father, a physician, got quoted $800 for that back in the 1970's.

This is an A+++ product.

The Fein Multimaster sanding/scraping/cutting tool is one of the most flexible tools out there. I got my first one in the 80's, it was heavily used in my boat repairing business and still lasted 20+ years. I now have another one doing my jobs. The company doesn't rest on a good thing, they have kept improving an already outstanding product. We couldn't have easily done many of our jobs without it.

I just recently purchased the B&D 1 hour pod style charger. I have the 14.4 V batteries and they are charged in about an hour. This is especially nice when doing long projects that require extensive battery use. I had been using the cheap one that came with my set which would take hours to recharge my batteries. This one is finished in about an hour. Good buy for the money I would say. No Cons yet at this point.

I purchased this switch to allow me to use the single optical output from my dvd player to feed both my headphone setup, and my surround sound speakers. I tried several other products, and none worked well. I almost gave up on a good optical splitter, until I found the Nyrius SW100. This product works very well. Basically, it will allow you to either split a single source and send it to up to 3 different receivers (e.g. headphone dac/amp, surround sound receiver, computer) OR feed a single receiver with three different sources (e.g. Playstation 3, DVD player, laptop digital audio out).

It's inexpensive, feels well made, and works without a hitch.

Also note that this product does not require a power supply.

I got this heater to use in my home office. I close the door and, even on low setting, it stays nice and toasty. It saves a ton of energy because I can turn the thermostat way down on the rest of the house during the day. This radiator is not designed to heat fast and it doesn't. But it does provide silent, gentle radiant heat that doesn't dry out the air. I just set the timer to come on about an hour before I start work. Seems pretty safe too, as the cat enjoys lying practically against it. The little red tabs on the timer feel fragile and are a little hard to adjust, but I don't change the settings much so it's not a big deal. My friend and I moved a heavy filing cabinet (with contents inside) and a very big and heavy entertainment center from Ethan Allen. I planned a move for 30 mins but we were done in half that time. I noticed some minor (hardly noticeable) scratches on my wood floor - nothing significant. I think this can be avoided if you wipe Moving Men clean first and also sweep floor of any debris beforehand.

I've had this heater for nearly a year. I keep my home fairly cool (upper 50s or low 60s), so when I am sitting still at my desk, I get cold. This is a great heater for the home office. I have never needed to put it on "High." The low setting is plenty. I also don't use the oscillating function. My only complaint is the little ticking timer in the heater, which is mildly annoying.
