If you're interested in a radon monitor, I'd give this one a close look. Radon detection does not seem to be an exact science, so I'm not sure any test is 100% reliable.

The Safety Siren Pro 3 is very sensitive to things like stereos and fluorescent lighting, and you don't want it near doors and heating registers, which really narrows down the spots to put it. If you ignore their guidelines in the manual, as I intentionally did at first to get it in the right spot, funny readings or error messages will result. Our first reading was 33 pCi/L. Then came error messages. Then I followed the instructions, found a good spot that met their specs, and since then it has worked fine.

Culligan FM-15A Faucet Filter

I was already using the Culligan shower filter and I am just as pleased with this filter. I feel safer about using my tap water now.
Very easy installation and also easy filter removal for replacement.

Looks and feels very heavy/sturdy. Haven't tested it in a fire (hope I don't have to, obviously). Room to fit 8.5 x 11" documents without folding, which is very nice. Must be stored horizontally to be effective (according to the instructions). Comes with two keys. Probably wouldn't be great strictly for privacy applications since you could most likely break the handle and/or lock fairly easily if you really wanted to, but that's okay because it's just supposed to provide security from fire and water. I don't know if it's ultimately a five-star product or not (that would depend on how it performs in a fire), but I have no complaints thus far and I'm going with "innocent until proven guilty" style of rating. Would buy again.

First Alert CO600 Plug In Carbon Monoxide Alarm

This is a wonderful product, it works as the manufacturer said it would. It was easy to install, and gives peace of mind where the threat of carbon monoxide is concerned. Like any other product of this sort, there is a minimum amount of maintenance weekly to make sure the unit is operating properly. I have had other carbon monoxide detectors, but this unit is by far the best. I give it five stars, and would give it more if possible.

I like this product. The directions were a bit hard to follow, there had been some changes to the product since they were written. There were some updated sheets for some of the changes, but not all, so it was somewhat confusing, but not impossible to figure out. The product was shipped to me in a timely fashion. The Incra Miter1000SE works as advertised, I'm very pleased with it, it's a big improvement over the stock miter gauge that came with my table saw.

We bought this shower head to replace an older water pic head with a similar setting and flexible "neck". It is a good shower head but it doesn't have as many features as the older model. It doesn't have the "slow" setting that you can use to cut water flow if you want to slow it down instead of shut it off. The pulsating setting is not as strong and not as precise as the older model either. If the pulsating was better I would give it 5 stars but as it is, it is good but not the best.

Milwaukee 2401-22 12V Li-ion Sub-Compact Driver Kit

I own many electric drills and screwdrivers but none were suited for tight spaces. I then came across this small Milwaukee unit and looked it over. It appeared to be just what I was looking for, so I decided to give it a try. Milwaukee was a brand name high on my satisfaction list as I have many other Milwaukee power tools and been very happy with them. Buying this little 'powerhouse' was certainly not disappointing. It more than lived up to Milwaukee standards. It performs almost as well as my 19.2 volt Hitachi, a combo drill/driver that is almost twice as big and and has a huge battery - most cumbersome.
