The leapster I bought my son did not last through the year. It broke after about 7 months. I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service just to see if I can get it fixed. I know it's not still under warranty and I have no idea where the receipt is at this point. I have spent at least half an hour on the phone several days in a row trying to get through at Leapster. Disappointing at best.

I bought the Leapster for my 4 year old daughter and she really likes it. She learns so much. It is durable too. She has dropped it on concrete so many times and it still works. I do recommend that anyone who purchases the Leapster also get a carrying case. The cartridges are hard to keep up with for a preschooler and a carrying case may have prevented my daughter from dropping it so much. I am glad over all that I got this for her.

I purchased this for my 5 year old because of the other good reviews I'd read on amazon, and I wasn't disappointed - both of my children go crazy for this game, more than any of the other leapster games we have.

This game is so much fun for kids. They love grabbing for the tiles in the holder to try and match one to their cards. it fosters competition but gives us lots of laughs too. It is easy for kids to play even at a young age (as young as 3). The kids just need to be able to match up pictures on the tiles to pictures on their zingo cards and they have to have a quick hand to grab a tile before another player does. I find it fun to play as an adult too. It's always nice to find games for kids that the adults can enjoy too!

I'm disappointed that I just got an e-mail from Amazon, clicked thru to find out more about this product, clicked on the link for the demo, but the link doesn't work! I get an error message when I try to link to the demo page.

Someone needs to check out the links before sending marketing e-mails about a concept this new that is likely to need a demo to be well understood! I would really like to know more, but can't get to that information.

All the webkinz toys are really the same. They are cute and very soft and they encourage your child to care for them online. Plus, the website offers jobs, school, and sports.

Those who have been to the Webkinz site know that this Yellow Lab is retired. Those who don't know exactly what a webkinz is.... it's an educational website by Ganz for children (and even some adults) to play and interact with your little pet. The pet comes with a tag that allows you access to the website. You get to play educational games and earn "kinzcash" which allows you to purchase items to decorate a room for your little pet and food to feed it. All in all this webkinz is very durable and ultra plush.
