My 2 yr old has loved this toy! She saw it in a store and did not want to get off it. Her older brothers (11 yrs old) get on the back of it with her and bounce her up and down! All our kids love it really. I always catch the 7 year old on it just bouncing away! It's very sturdy too!

i'am a die hard star war sfan and collect lightsabers.I just ordered this in the mail and it is very fun,durable and educational. The good: Very strong no matter how hard you hit it,it will not break. Also the handle is very cool. Clips to your belt to suprise opponents. the bad:the handle gets scratched very easily. It has no sound effects. and the blade isn't very realistic. overall this a great toy and a must have to your lightsaber collection.

I got 3 for Christmas six months ago, a green, a blue, and a purple. They look good and are quite durable. They will raise a welt on the skin if a 4 year old whacks someone with all his strength. Realistic (to the movies) looking handles, but none of our handles are truly comfortable to hold for swordplay. I do think that the value of fun, imaginative play, is high in these toys. Have some fun and try these.

I bought this toy for my 4 year old son who enjoyed playing with it for a day. We made a mistake, as we thought we bought the one that lit up as well as made lightsaber sounds. This one doesn't, but for the same price! This is basically a plastic cone that does not "spring" out to form, nor does it retract back in place (the cone gets stuck every time.) This was a waste of money, my son has more fun with sticks in the yard.

I bought this lightsaber a few days ago and it is sweeet! The blade goes all the way down, unlike the electronic one. It can clip to your pants and the blade is much more durable than the electronic saber. There is a lock to keep the blade inside the hilt. You activate the lock by pushing down on the blade when its in the hilt. To take out the blade, you simply slide down the button and flick your wrist. The hilt is Anakin's hilt. If you have enough money, buy this saber!

Do a Dot Art Washable Rainbow Markers 6 Pack

My 4 year old first used Do-A-Dot with a cousin on a vacation. When we were stuck inside due to weather, these dot markers were great! The markers kept them busy up to an hour at a time. Just hand any child 3-? some Do-A-Dot and a big pack of white paper and they'll go crazy making pictures. They also used regular markers in some of their art with the dots. Fantastic!

As far as washable...well. My daughter did get a big red dot on the front of a very lightly patterned dress. I went to wash it immediately and it took some long scrubbing, but DID come out. I think it was due to applying detergent directly to the dot, rubbing it in with my finger and allowing to soak for a while, then rubbing and rinsing, then a final wash.

Great fun!

Storytime Theater with Winnie the Pooh Story

We bought this for our three year old last Christmas, but it was quickly commandeered by our two-year-old, who simply cannot live without it. Funny thing is, even after nine months, we still only have one story (Pooh), but my little guy never gets tired of it! He watches it every day just before nap and bedtime, and can of course now quote along with the entire book, which we read together during the day. He carries it from room to room some days, and has proven to me that the projector and the cartridge are *very* durable. The battery draw must be very low, because they last forever (we've only replaced them twice since last December). Only drawback is that we can't seem to find any other stories in local stores. its great because you can study it and figure out how it works, whose lightsaber it is from the movies (in this case its a Qui-Gon Jinn blue) and fight with it because its durable, all sorts of stuff!! i LOVE it!!

Discovery Exclusive Rainbow in my Room

I bought this for my five year old niece for Christmas and my sister says it's just adorable and my niece loves it!

The only criticism is that it runs on batteries or an AC adapter and it would have been nice if an adapter were sold with it.
