I bought 2 of these tables for my grandsons. They were so easy to assemble and the quality is top-notch. I am not sorry that I purchased this table instead of the Thomas tables.

I bought this table for inside use. I liked the idea of bench seating for my toddlers. It is a safe table with big some issues. As soon as your child sits on the table (& believe me he won't be able to resist :) the table will sway/bend in the middle & stay that way. It makes it worthless for building blocks, arts, etc....it becomes a tea party table only & even then frustrates kids because nothing will stand up on it. You won't want to give them real food on it because everything will topple & fall off.
I just ordered 2 desk size Virco tables with adjustable legs because I know they will never bend. I really don't recommend this table unless you find it at a garage sale for $5 & only want a outdoor play table that ... Read More:

The first thing a kid probably thinks when seeing this product is jumping into the seats and going right to work. The colors make it look like fun. We've had several young children over and none of them could resist parking themselves in and enjoying themselves.

However, my first thought was a concern for any child's safety who sits in it. These are not the most stable table out there, but you get what you pay for. While putting these together I've added some additional supports to make sure they don't topple over and hurt a kid. I would advise you to do the same. One of the tables wouldn't even come together properly without two trips to Home Depot for some extra support.

The wood is press-board wood. The wood split in a matter of days. My son prefers the coffee table to this train table. More information about this product should be provided. Our particular model is compatable with Duplos, not Lagos like we hoped. It is also very small; no dimentions were provided in the discription.

I saw this desk last year around Christmas but didn't buy it because I already spent too much on gifts. I finally bought it and am so happy I did. My son didn't like to sit and do projects (he's 3 1/2) but once we got this desk he finally started sitting and looking at "workbooks", he also loves to play with toys, playdough, etc. at this desk. He loves it because I can sit in a chair at the desk also and play with him comfortably. I'm 135 pounds and can sit easily on one of the chairs that go with this desk (but I'm short). It's durable, attractive and a good size for him. We did get a small stain on it from a marker that won't come off so I'd recommend a placemat or something for messier projects. This table is AWESOME, and shipped really FAST!!! Very durable, very easy to put together, and easy to move into the side so then can draw with the table upwards!! Very strong too, my boys 4 and 2 are always climbing on it too!

Duplo Compatible Fun Builder Table

My daughter occasionally puts her own legos away with this table. This results in her learning less profanity as when you step on a lego barefoot, expletives often follow. When she gets a lego out to play, she has to reach in the bag and get one or a few rather than dumping all of them on the floor.

In addition, I can play with her off the floor. We build better structures because they have a firm base. When we are done, we just throw the legos in the middle and we are done.
