Mr. Potato Head just potty trained my 3 year old! After much discussion with her about using the potty, we finally found the trick for her! Each time she went she got to put a piece on her new Mr. Potato head and by the time she was half done with the pieces she was potty trained. I doubt Mr. Potato Head has had such a heroic review.

The paint chips easily on the animals and so I tested it for lead with Lead Check Swabs. The hair on the horse tested positive for low levels of lead on two tests. This is a great toy other than the fact it uses a toxic chemical!

Bought this toy for my 5 1/2 year old grandson. He loves pirates and his eyes just lit up when the ship arrived. I think it will be one of those toys that if taken care of will be passed on to the next generation.

My son received this for his 2nd birthday. He is now turning 4 this month and not a day goes by that this toy isn't used. I have brought this on overnights to Grandmas, away with us on vacation, etc and it provides hours of fun. Our library has this and my son even plays with it when we go there. He really can't get enough of it.

The starting platform at the top of the track is on a spring mechanism so that when you place the cars on the track you hear revving engine sounds. Then there is a lever that you press to tilt the platform, sending the cars racing down the track. My 2.5 y/o boy loves all things knights, so I searched for a long time to find a play castle he'd like. I really liked the Playmobil products, but there were waaaaaaay too many tiny pieces that he couldn't manipulate and of course there's always the risk of a choking hazard. I liked the wooden castles but was leary of their durability and they just seemed so plain.

After reading many reviews I chose this castle and am so glad we did! It's very sturdy and has provided hours of fun for my child. I like that it encourages open play and doesn't require batteries or make annoying sounds. My 2 1/2 year old son loves barns & I had to get this for him. He loves the door that goes up & down, makes the animals go in & out & just can play with it for hours. I do recommend this for parents to get for their kids.
