Magna-Tiles Translucent Colors 100 pieces

We first played with Magna-Tiles on trip up to Portland Oregon. We took our boys to the Children's museum, and noticed a rather large group of kids standing around a table. They were waiting their turn to play with the Magna-Tiles. We got to test them out for a few minutes, but my boys just loved them. We got them for our youngest's 4th birthday and he hasn't stopped playing with them. Both boys use their imaginations to make castles, parking garages, and all sorts of cool things! It's now the one toy that all children visiting our home want to play with! We're thinking of adding another 100 pc set to our home!

My three year old grandson loves this thing. He plays with it every day since he got it for his birthday. Every body is amused by it. Just wish it would turn itself off after a while. Seems to be on all day.

I bought this for my 2 year old nephew and he loves it. He enjoys making "snakes" on the floor with them. He's very smart for his age. I assume that he will soon want something he can build something with rather than just get to stick together, but it's great at his current age.

Magna -Tiles 48 Piece Dx Set

We bought this for our 3 year old son's birthday a month ago. He has played with these tiles more than any of his other toys. This, for him, is on par with Curious George, keeps him occupied for long periods of time. His only frustration is trying to put the door in place. If the truth be told, dad has also built a few impressive structures of his own. Great toy!!

I bought 2 sets of these for my 5 yo son. Little did I know that my 2 YO daughter would love them too. Not to mention I enjoy playing with these. They spark creativity and the possibilities of what you can build are endless. My only advice would be to buy the biggest set you can afford. The more pieces the better. This is an AWESOME toy. We have had them for about 6 months now and my kids will be getting more for Christmas this year.

Our sons have the started set and now the 110 piece set. I'm now ordering them as presents for family. I can not say enough about how much they have been used in our house over the past 2-3 years (current ages 4 and 6) and still going strong. Visitors, girls or boys love them! Worth the money!
