From the manufacturer. They gave no notice that this item is DISCONTINUED!. After about a week of ordering, I receive notice that I would not be receiving my kids beds, because they are discontinued. You would think they'd alert Amazon to remove this so we know as consumers would know to look elsewhere, but no.

Nice people in customer service but say they can do nothing, not even offer any type of discount or anything. You think after messing up, they would. At least an apology, Nope. Just a "Well, we have these other beds similar that cost about $100 more, and your shipping will be almost twice as much."

Not impressed at all. And disappointed that I cannot get them. I thought they would have been great!
