My son got this as a gift. It worked for a VERY short while (less than a day). Figured the batteries had died, which sucked but was fixable. Nope! Doesn't work at all with fresh batteries.

I tried calling the number in the instruction book (Character Direct: 1-866-652-6375). The first few times I tried calling I got an operator recording saying "all circuits are busy". Then it finally went through and I got a different recording saying all operators were busy. Finally, I made it through. The lady on the phone was helpful, but their answer was to turn off, put Mickey on firmly, shake, then try the toy again. Silly! Poor design! but okay, I'll give it a shot. Got home, tried, nada. Still doesn't do anything.

We purchased this for an adult friend who collects robots. Perfect for them, bad for kids. I allowed the kids to look at it and it almost fell apart! While the winding mechanism does work, the rolling is rather bumpy and I could just tell it wouldn't last long. Looks Great.

Neca Nightmare Before Christmas Stacked Mugs

I bought this toy to butcher for the electronics for a homemade ray gun project of mine and I am SO GLAD I DID. This is an awesome toy gun. There is another variation out there called the 'Schylling Cosmic Blaster' which looks like the gun from Blade Runner (sort of) with a drill-like motorized lighted center.

This GALACTIC LIGHT BLASTER has a wicked blaster sound effect with a 'rapid fire' variation, and three light shows going on for as long as you hold the trigger...
