As with one of the other people who commented, the bubbles and dots on these letters make them very 'busy' and have made it very difficult to grasp the shape of the letters. My son is 22 months and already knows all his uppercase letters, so we bought these so he could learn his lowercase letters, but some of them, like the a painted purple with pink flowers is so busy that he has a hard time telling what it is and calls it an s whenever he sees it. If there are any other plain lowercase letters sets out there, I would recommend those.
Also, they are pretty small so they have a hard time sticking to the bath wall like the bigger ones do and always fall off.

Kids love to take a bath with this toy.But you better start early
because they won't want to get out. There are so many pieces, their
creations are endless. Just be prepared for long bath times and lots
of fun.

She doesn't need to be able to read to know what things she's looking for, and the items aren't quite as well hidden as in the "I Spy" books, which makes this very appropriate for the younger crowd.
The illustrations are cute as well.
One thing that does stand out is that all the fairies are white. Well, no. Most of them are plainly caucasian, and some of them are maybe kinda tanned. They have all the range of natural hair colors and then some (but not, I note, the range of hair textures, though I appreciate that that could be harder to illustrate), and they have a wide range of wing and clothing colors and styles - it would have been trivial to draw some of them as non-white... or at least color some of them a different ... This is a wonderful book that my daughter really enjoys. Each page is filled with animals around the world: On the farm, On safari, In the desert, In the Artic, In the woods, In the ocean, In the rainforest, In the garden, In the outback, In the swamp, In the mountains, By the sea, Children's farm. Each section features a beautiful scene filled with a number of animals. Your child's vocabulary will grow quickly - the book differeniates between cows and calves, for example. It pictures a great variety of animals, not just the animals you normally see featured in books. I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend this for children 2 and up.

i bought these because my son already loved building with blocks. he had a lot of fun with these the few times he used them. a few times he put them in his mouth and bit off the corners (he was about 15-18 months old) so they are not sturdy in that regard. they got slimy and mildewy rather fast and i put them in the washing machine to clean them but it didn't work so well as they are made to float lol
so i ended up throwing them away b/c they just got gross too fast.

I picked this up when I knew I'd be baby sitting my grandkids aged 2 and 8 for a long evening. We emptied and refilled the tub twice! The crayons marked on the tub and the kids easily and cleaned up easily with the duck sponge. Both ages loved this toy. I agree with other reviewers, more crayon, less holder would be better. The water in the tub looked like the brush-washer cup looks when you use water colors. No worries, we rinsed the kids off with the shower wand and all was well. I'm buying more.

My 2 year old loves this toy. It doesn't whistle so well. But he love to match the colors and the hippos. He also loves to make the hippos drive his boat, separate bath toy.

Real fun for the baby bath time, they are hygienic and clean, do not store water in the inside. They dry very quickly. They have attractive designs and colors.
