My daughter LOVED this duck as an infant, and still has affection for it now as a toddler...we keep it near the tub and she is sure to give it hugs and kisses when she sees it. We had many toys for her as infant- I was surprised that this duck was her toy of preference.
The duck is adorable- don't think twice about whether your child will like it. I have given it to countless friends as gifts and all had positive experiences.

I bought this to hold very lightweight alphabet letters (the foam kind) for my daughter in her bath. We have smooth tiles and I followed instructions on how to mount this (using rubbing alcohol to clean the surface first) and it will not stay up. Also, coming out of the package it had a weird smell, and after getting wet once, it has a horrible mildew smell to it. For the cost it's not worth the effort to return; I'm throwing it away.

I love being able to configure this in any way you want. . my one year old son likes trying to learn how to pour water. . and the suction cups really hold well!

The only con is that we really don't use the monkey part of the toy since the wheel that turns the eyes gets stuck frequently. Also because of our particular space constraints, we put the monkey face seperate from the rest of the toys.

no problems with the seller it showed up on time and in good working order. the toy just doesn't do what the manufacture says it will do. sucks, but cool bath toys are really hard to find.

My twin sons are 5 years old, and they love the book. They demand that this book be read before bedtime every night, and they act out each scene time and time again. The story line is clear and straight-forward, and the words are simple enough for them to recognize (at least some). The illustrations are vivid and brightly colored. My sons imagine themselves being the boy standing next to the captain. If my sons love it, I love it too.
