Our son, who is into various rollersports, is on the skinny side. Most 'youth' products are either mismatched sizes (elbows too big, knees too small, etc.) or are either very inferior products that wouldn't provide protection if you bumped your not-so-funny bone. These are definitely a higher quality product with the plastic caps being large enough to protect the intended areas.
With is mom on a roller derby league, she knows appropriate protective gear. These provide it.
The horseshoe gaskets would also be a good idea to avoid pinch points.

John Deere Gator HPX

I love this gator so much, I just purchased my second one. I have 3 boys and the kids ride the gator around the neighborhood, load of their fishing items and go to the pond, plus help with landscaping etc. around the house while loading up the back of the gator. My 2 1/2 year old drives it like a pro. I have been VERY pleased with this gator. It is fun and functional for the kids. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! My boys LOVE this item! From a mother's stand point, it keeps my kids (and the neighbor kids) entertained for hours!

OnGuard Bulldog STD 5010 Bicycle U-Lock

I've only had my lock for a few weeks, but so far it is great. Shipped promptly. The attachment that holds the lock on the bike is pathetic-- definitely plan on having some sort of additional support to hold it on. The key fits pretty easily most of the time, sometimes needs a little jiggling, but opens beautifully once it's in properly. Overall, quite happy with product, especially given reasonable price.

For a, so hard to find 14" kid's bike I would say that I am happy with it.
My 5 years old twin girls love it.

Bought this for our 4 yr old grandson. Couldn't believe how heavy duty it was...used to the plastic ride on toys. I would highly recommend this product! Very pleased.

I bought these skates for my 2year-old eventhough i know he is too young and he loves it. The skates even fit my 5 year-old who knows how to use it and shows her brother how. So i would say for the price this is a good buy because it came with protective gear.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. HORRIBLE QUALITY! I made the mistake of drunkedly purchasing this product while at the BX. I should have know better; I have been skating for 7 years now and I have built many skating obstacles, ranging from mini-ramps to benches and, of course, several girndrails (metal shop was far and away the most productive class I have ever taken). This was by far the worst skateboarding-related purchase I have ever made. First of all, the image on Amazon (as well as the image on the package) is misleading. The rail is way too small to skate. And if you think having your ten year old son, or daughter(alot more girls are getting on board nowadays-pun intended) learn how to grind on this thing, think again. Like other people that bought the batteries....It was not the same battery and I am out 73.00!! There is no way to return it and I hope anyone else thinks twice before they buy off of here. You are better off paying the little bit extra to get what you need.

Lightning McQueen Activity Ride On

We bought this for my son's first birthday and now two years later he still plays with it daily! I had a similar ride on for him, the Winnie the Pooh airplane and he actually flipped over the front on several occasions. Not a problem with this one which is so well balanced. Highly recommended!

Classic Flyer By Kettler Kettcar Pedal Car

We bought this pedal car for our 5 year old son. He loves it!!!! The only problem is that it's a little short for him and it's on the last adjustment for the seat. Our son is probably shorter than average so make sure you buy for your kid when they are 3 not 5. He doesn't care but I can tell the life of the car with him will not be as long as I had hoped. Awesome car though and he likes that he can pedal forward or backward like a "real" car. Fun fun fun. I highly recommend it.
