My son used the pv-glider (handmade version) at 18 months, when the mini-glider was out he used that (rode a two wheeler at 3), when he outgrew the mini glider at 5 he switched to the go glider. At first, my son started pushing the bike with with both feet on the ground, then would lift one foot, while pushing with the other. As his confidence grew he then glided with both feet up and placed both feet up on the pegs. He loved the mini glider so much, at one point he was riding it in the house as he could not get enough. This was the best gift he has ever gotten. It comes with a lifetime warrenty and weighs only 8lbs! My husband was so proud he posted videos on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZKiuZhplYk He is now riding the go glider ... Read More:
I've gone through 3 Joe Blow pumps in 9 months. The overall pump is sturdy but the valve falls apart with only minor use in a very short period of time. Lucky for me my local bike shop let me swap them out for free. It's really a crying shame that this company doesn't get it, the valves are just cheap plastic and not on par with the rest of the pump.
The Good: The harness will definitely keep your child safely in place. This seat will allow you to safely ride with your child.
THe Bad: First of all the seat (mine anyway) does not come off without a wrestling match. I doubt the wife could take it off. Maybe as it is taken on/off over time it will not be sooo tight?
Second, the blackburn rack that comes with this unit costs $50+, so plan for it if you think you might want the ability to move it between bikes. My wife was initially too scared to ride with the boy on the back, but now wishes we had a rack on her bike so she could take him out without me. I let her try to take the rack off...and she said no thanks to a 2nd rack anyway.
Third, kind of a small thing, but ... Read More:
We bought this insert to go on an Air Navigator. As other reviewers have mentioned, not all Kettler trikes can use this insert. Check with the manufacturer's site, e.g. www.kettlerusa.com, to be sure.
My one complaint with this product is that it is too short. This insert connects between your existing seat and your existing handlebars, so the red seat pictured here becomes the front seat. The trouble is that the insert, when positioned for maximum leg length of the pedaler, is at a shorter distance then when the trike without the insert is set up for maximum leg length.
So imagine your older child, who needs to be in front because he/she can pedal, and the younger is in back. It makes sense that the older child needs ... Read More:

My daughter received this toy at about 18 months. It's withheld a lot of abuse from her 9 year old uncle as well as from Mom and Dad tripping over it. (oops.)
The only complaint I really have is that the horn is a little difficult for her to honk, even now at almost 3 years of age. Truly, it's difficult even for me. Now I'm wondering if our horn might just be defective.
I love the colors of the Parents Magazine toys. Great for boys and girls. No batteries, no buttons to push to make it go. Great for the imagination!

I haven't been using this as much because you have to recharge it each use. Includes a charging system that drains juice from any standard 1.5v battery, AA's, C-cells.

We love this trailer! I can pull my kids (3yr and 9mo) in this no problem. I barely feel them behind me because it's so light weight. We knew when we bought this the buckles were going to be hard to undo, and we needed extra padding for them to sit on. The reviews were right, but once we figured out a good way for the buckles, and I just laid down a light blanket underneath for extra support, we were good to go.
It was really easy to put together, although the directions weren't very clear. But, I would definitely buy this trailer again, and would even pay more for it. It converts to a jogging stroller, and I love the bigger wheel in front. It's a lot lighter than my double stroller, which is what I was using for jogging before I bought ... Read More:
This toy has been a big hit in our neighborhood everytime we bring it out this past week. I actually figured it would pop already but hasn't and it has had rough 4 yr olds to 10 yr olds playing on it, in it and rolling on eachother!!! I am very impressed and even if it pops tomorrow, it will have been well worth the past 2 weeks of fun!
