Very happy to have found a lego set that lets the imagination do the building instead of just something specific to build. My son is six and loves this set, lots and lots of pieces. Good buy to have a huge set to play with by self or with alot of friends.

Our sons have the started set and now the 110 piece set. I'm now ordering them as presents for family. I can not say enough about how much they have been used in our house over the past 2-3 years (current ages 4 and 6) and still going strong. Visitors, girls or boys love them! Worth the money!

My son wanted this toy but it was out of stock in all the local stores. I found it online at amazon. I was just about to buy it when I realized that it was selling for 14.99 plus shipping at Amazon. When it was in the store it was only 3.99. I searched more and bought it from Lego.com for 3.99 Lego City Police Motorcycle #7235

MT-21 Mobile Mining Unit

If you're starting someone out on Legos, or completing the Mars Mission series, don't overlook this guy! Sure is cute, mining for the energy crystals while trying to avoid the aliens. This series is really neat and this drilling unit is definitely an integral part to the storyline. It was super easy for a six-year-old to assemble and the playtime this set has received is amazing. Great stuff, fabulous for the imagination, and it's just plain fun for everyone. Highly recommend!

Nice to see something different from lego - I am sure lego fans have also got tired of yellow blocks to make diggers/earth moving equipment and the like, or grey stuff to make space stuff... so to find something cool like a snowmobile is great!

The build was fairly challenging - which is nice as it keeps you interested and paying attention to the instruction sheet. Certainly kept the 32 year old recipient (a snowmobile fan!) entertained for an hour.

K'nex Super Value 325-pc Tub (Black)

I bought this to supplement my six year old son's larger set. He loves the various pieces that come with it that weren't in the larger set he bought first. This allows him to be even more creative in his designs.

I can't tell you how many hours he has spent playing with this. He usually will play with something for half and hour and come looking for something else. There have been times he has been up in his room creating for several hours. There are enough pieces in this bucket to create several projects at once or something HUGE using all the whole set.

I love the fact that everything fits right back into the tub. There is a much better chance of the set staying together that way. I just think it's a great set.

Makuta Chirox is the Black Makuta Phantoka with 49 pieces. He has a couple features: Release the Tridax Pod and unleash the Shadow Leeches inside! Connect the Shadow Matoran Kirop to Chirox's back. Though you can also connect the Matoran of Light (Tanma, Solek, Photok) and the Shadow Matoran (Kirop, Gavla, Radiak) to his back.
