The Ferris Wheel is an very nice toy for your child to construct, alone or with a little bit of your assistance. It is educational in the perspective that your child understands how to follow directions on his or her own and construct what appears to be a quite complicated moving display.
The durability is average for a toy of this genre. Caution should be made in houses where there are very young siblings since there is a danger of swallowing these pieces.
The company must have some excellent quality control to put the exact number of pieces in the box. Just one piece missing keeps the structure unstable and missing a wheel could be the difference between functioning and not. I would recommend that the company ... Read More:

Playskool Busy Ball-Tivity Center
Our family is living in furnished apartment while we transition to a new house. Most of our toys are in storage. I bought a selection of toys to keep the boys (age 3 and ten months) in our small space. This toy is such a hit. Both boys like it. My ten month old is fascinated. He has played with it off and on all day long every day this week. I watch his coordination improve as he figures out how to start the music, etc. It's just wonderful fun!

I love this set!
I don't really care for catapults... something about throwing Lego pieces across the room doesn't sit well wih me. Flung Lego bricks seem to disappear. Aside from that, though, this is a fun set. Alot of great castle parts, like the big 'wooden' wheels. I like the gold spikes on the wheels. Most of these parts are great for adding to your other sets, making spikey details on castle walls- stuff like that.
The main draw for me, was the 2 knights and 2 skeletons. Great for starting armies of knights. Or skeletons, if you go that way (villian!)
Not to mention a pile of weapons and shields and goodies like that.

I have to admit, I don't like launching Lego pieces across the room. They tend to disappear that way.
I fired the crossbow once. It shoots FAR. Be warned!
Now, the good stuff. People, this set has two knights, a skeleton, and an undead horse. THat's four figures! You can't get much better than that!
This set is inexpensive, and is great for starting an army of knights. My Mother-in-law gave me this set for my birthday, and I want more!
Knights, skeleton, and a bunch of weapons? Rock!
By the way, the skeleton horse is the same piece Lego uses as a Thestral in the Harry Potter sets. Only white.

I hate this toy because when i was putting this together it broke several times and now it's sitting on my book shelf because i cant play with it without it breaking in half or just breaking all together

My nephew loves dirt bikes, so how cool is the fact that I found his favorite thing in an educational toy!
He is sure to love it for his birthday.
Amazon has it all and so convenient!

These blocks and the unit blocks are an excellent product, well made. They were a present, but similar ones that our children had were loved and cherished. Buy both sets.

This is a really nice garbage truck or recycle truck. The decals to me more suggest recycling vehicle. I love the technic mechanism that allows the truck container section to lift. Good play value with dolly cart, garbage can, and mini figures. Extremely nice looking model, with curved fender pieces, and fabulous realism. The main downside is the complete lack of alternate models: No alternate building instructions or pictures of alternate building ideas for this set. For augmented building value, the Creator series sets, and the older Designer series sets, are unbeatable because a fertile Idea Book always adds tremendous value to any Lego kit. Still, you got a sweet truck here.

My 9 year old daughter was entertained for hours assembling the first maze of pieces. She improvised a bit but I encouraged it. Great learning tool for thinking.
