We have played Farkle for several years and actually had made up our own version of Spicy Farkle for a change. This game is great when you really just need to unwind and any number of people can play. Great family game! We created a program on our laptop to keep score since that is the hardest part of the game.

Great game for kids and for adults. We have an adult group that plays this game every two weeks and we can't wait until the next time rolls around. This set is very sturdy and colorful and will last a long, long time.

Puremco - Number Dominoes - Double 12

These numbered dominoes are difficult to find and I am grateful to Amazon for making them available. The numbers on the dominoes are bright and colorful and they are so much easier to use. Some in our group don't like adding the totals with the higher numbers of the double 12's so we eliminated the 11's and 12's and play with a double 10 set. Perfect!

Leaping Lizards

I bought this for my 4 yr old boy who is way into lizards, but he has no desire to play it. It is kind of slow moving and you do same thing over and over again. We have enjoyed other games much more.

Farkel Score Pad (40 Sheets)

You might as well spend a few more dollars and buy the score sheets. They are easy to use... and keep you straight when you are scoring. The game is cheap enuf. Odd that the scoree sheets are just as much as that little pocket game.

Cooking' Cookies Game

My 3 & 4-yr.-old children really enjoy this game. They don't get that part of the fun is SLAPPING down the spoons in a hurry to get your ingredients to win. They play pretty politely so far (2 mos). My 4-yr.-old also figured out quickly that she can cheat by not owning up to getting a rotten egg and just placing the "cookie" back down like it's an ingredient she doesn't need. So although there is an ease in cheating, I recommend this game for the sheer fact that an adult does not HAVE to play this game for the kids to enjoy it. The tin "lunchbox" is perfect, too; no cardboard box to slowly get torn up. Plus, what kid doesn't enjoy making cookies?

Go Game with Wood Board

This is probably the standard when it comes to affordable beginner Go boards. I personally wouldn't go with anything plastic. This board does come with a (particle board) wooden board, which is nice enough. The only complaint I have is that the pieces are just a little too small and light.
Overall it is a good product for beginning Go players.
