24 DVD Board Game

This was a joke!!!! Nothing in this game makes any sense and the instructions are not clear at all... I am disappointed in this game and the mere fact that the manufactoring company reduced the consumers intellegence by making such a lame game! The show 24 rocks, to bad the game doesn't match it.

The Brain Quest flash cards have been around for a long time, and the Brain Quest DVD game is just the natural progression that just gives you more bang for your buck.

And my eight-year old second grade daughter certainly felt that way after playing Brain Quest for a few minutes. The game, designed for children in grades 1-3 (ages 6-8), includes a DVD with more than 500 questions on an array of topics, and a deck of cards with "150 Questions & Answers to Challenge Yourself and Your Friends."

The Brain Quest flash cards have been around for a long time, and the Brain Quest DVD game is just the natural progression that just gives you more bang for your buck.

And my eight-year old second grade daughter certainly felt that way after playing Brain Quest for a few minutes. The game, designed for children in grades 1-3 (ages 6-8), includes a DVD with more than 500 questions on an array of topics, and a deck of cards with "150 Questions & Answers to Challenge Yourself and Your Friends."

I gave this game three stars. It is a fun game, and asks a good range of questions. There are ten games, or rounds, each of which has a series of mini games in them. Each game takes about fifteen or twenty minutes to play a full game, so it does provide a few hours of gameplay.

Two or more people can play. You are divided into two different tribes; Tagi and Pagong, which were the two original tribes in Survivor - Borneo. (If you don't know that, the game will probably be too hard for you.) In each mini-game you answer questions about people, or watch clips and answer questions about the clips. There are a few word games as well. The questions come from all seasons from Borneo to Guatamala. The final round is a Jeporady-style Tribal ... Read More:

Disney Princess DVD Game

I was a little shocked to read the other reviews for this product. My daughters age 4 and 6 1/2 love this game. It is by far one of their favorites. I compare it to a Jr. version of Sceneit. It teaches sharing as the girls each get their own turn with the remote. It teaches problem solving skills as they have to pay close attention to the clip in order to answer the questions. Give me a break on the review about it being demeaning to girls or whatever because the clips at the end show the princesses kissing their princes- the images given at the end for the bonus "winner" clip are all taken from the Princess movies. If you don't like the princess films and what they are about then why would you even buy this product to begin with?

Trivial Pursuit Pop Culture DVD

This is a fun game, and always has been for me. The pop culture triva set makes this a little more challenging for me since I am more of a history and science person. The DVD play makes this also very entertaing, and again more interactive. This is a great update on an old party board game.

The board is actually sort of a combination of both NIGHTMARE and ATMOSFEAR: THE HARBINGERS (will be referred to as just ATMOSFEAR in the rest of the review, not to be confused with this game, ATMOSFEAR: THE GATEKEEPER). You have one clockwise outer track like NIGHTMARE with DUEL, FLIGHT, TIME, KEY and HEADSTONE spaces. There is also one new CURSED KEY space (more about that later). There are six paths leading to the center, but with a central path like the RING ROAD in ATMOSFEAR.
