Not much more to offer here other than to chime in with everyone else. Beware this game is VERY slow. Scrolling through the cases for the one you want to select is a true beating. My wife and I play this with our 6 and 7 year olds, and it gets to the point where we just pick the "next" case as we cannot stand to wait how long it takes to navigate among the cases. If it were fast (or even "not slow") it would be very entertaining.

In this electronic era it is nice to have a game that involves the whole family. It is played on the DVD player and that keeps everyone interacted and entertained. This game brings the whole family together in a way that brings such joy to my heart. The whole line of Scene It games do. We play them all the time! My kids from, 4-17, get all their chores done so we can play them before bed. The Music Scene It gets my husband and I blasting back to the past and my kids saying, no thats our songs! Just too funy. Must get these!!!

We really like the on-line game show but it was not set up to be used for a family game time. So, we thought we'd get the game on CD. Well, the "interaction" of the game on CD gets lost and so does the excitement. We were kinda disappointed... it was not as much fun as we hoped.

We played this game several times over the holidays with different groups of people.
Everyone who played it had a wonderful time and really enjoyed it.
The game is recommended for ages eight and up and for two or more players.
We typically had two to five players per team but even a one vs one game was fun.
We played this game on a DVD player hooked up to our TV.
One word of warning... the game flow is slightly different than the actual game show.
Most people who buy this game probably consider themselves experts on the rules so it's a little disappointing (at first) when it's not played quite like you're expecting. But once you play a quick game you'll have the rules mastered ... Read More:

I played this game with my SO and with my cousins. We had a blast playing it, and it was a lot of fun. The questions are pop trivia and things like that. It was even more fun to put the DVD on party play and just shout the answers!

I bought this DVD game over a year ago. It's a lot of fun, but as one reviewer commented, only 15 games to the one DVD IS expensive. Of course, if you wait a year or more to play it again, you've forgotten the categories, which we've done, but not many folks would be happy to have to do that - me, included. Any chance there'll be additional/new $100k Pyramid DVDs out there to buy in the near future?

The box announces that this game is for anyone "6 to 106" and reviews have suggested the same. Well, it might be good for a couple of six year olds playing together for a little while, but this is NOT for family entertainment. You'll be bored stupid after one round through all the game options.
My niece is at that hard to buy for age. Too old for "toys" and too young for "tech". I thought this would be perfect. Multiple players with multiple skill levels and a popular "educational" topic.
Yes, this game does offer game play for 1 to 4 people. There are various "games" to play on the disc, but only a couple of them really show any variation from one skill level to the next.
Most of the "games" are just silly and ... Read More:

My son has been a long fan of the I Spy Books. This DVD version is much better since it really is more interactive and has more games. The initial puzzles are quite easy but progresses to more complicated puzzles later on. The recommended age on the box says it is for kids six years and older, but my son is only 4 and he was able to play it quite easily.
