My 4 year-old daughter could not think of anything she wanted more than this Liana doll and the Alexa doll when it came time to spend her birthday money. I wasn't thrilled because Barbie's in our house get kicked around and forgotten. I was surprised to find that these dolls are actually a lot of fun. She loves changing the dress around and listening to the dolls sing together. I like that you can stop the music by turning the knob that changes the dress. It makes a chime sound and the music stops. It's nice for when the two dolls are not singing the same song or if you don't synchronize them right. I gave this gift for my daughters birthday and she loved it..her head is strong and she is pretty enough to share her wonderful dress..she sleeps with this new barbie.

the lower part of this dress reminds me of a holiday cup cake. really thought the detail on the upper part of her dress is very hard to see in persone its very beatyful. i was actualy very impressed she has some of the same details given to much more exspensive dolls. her hair to its just really beautyful. she is also the 20th anaversary holiday barbie. that is a good enough reason to purchase in its self

When I bought this item new for my daughters birthday I thought it was a little to pricy at Wal-Mart for 44 dollars. The prices here are ridiculas and anyone that buys at that price needs to be taken

My 6 year old just HAD to have this and I must admit we had a fun afternoon following the recipes to make everything. She's thrilled - I'm sure it will be something we do often and she wants to get more bottles so she can make gifts for her friends.

My only negative comment would be the directions for the bath fizzies - it just says to add water - not how much so we ended up with bath goop the first time around.

The fountain worked great for us although I find it to be unneccesary. A kit without the fountain would be just as much fun.

This is a wonderful dollhouse and is great for two or more children to play together at the same time without crowding each other too much. I want to let any parents purchasing this item in on something though. You can by the doll packs for a fraction of the price on the Learning Curve website. The packs go from [...] for the smaller packs to [...] for the more extensive packs. Shipping is reasonable and you will save loads over other websites for these toys. Good luck!!

This is a very cool toy... its 3 1/2 feet high and the first two levels are large play levels. It comes with several pieces of furniture and the top dome lights up and plays music. It's one of the prettiest castle toys I have seen. My daughter wanted it sooo badly so we found it at Target for $69.99. It does NOT come with the doll, but the doll that comes with this version is the regular Liana doll, NOT the singing one.

We picked up the singing one and a pet pack of the puppies. It's all very pretty and cute. She should be thrilled come Christmas. But do shop around before committing to Amazon's price.

We got this doll for my daughters 4th birthday. She begged and begged for her. The doll has held up wonderful! We have had her for almost 2 years now. She still plays with her. We only used water not the juice packets; then dried the diapers and reused them until they didn't work at all even with tape. I liked the fact her hair was plastic because I wouldn't have to brush the rats out! We have had her in the tub, playing with friends and outside. She washes easily and works well. No problems with any mold. She also fits doll dresses. We did purchase on a clearance sale a baby alive dress, diaper and pacifier kit. Would recommand this doll over and over. A great surprise and WONDERFUL doll!

I agree with all the posters who say this is a sturdy, well made doll house, but I have one small complaint ....

The rooms are sooo small! My 3 y/o daughter can barely get her hands inside to put mini-funiture in there, and can't play around because the openings are so tiny. I don't get it - you'd need mini-mini furniture lol!

Overall, this is a great idea, but I think it fell a little short for our needs.
