I ordered this doll for a Christmas present mostly because of the crazy low price Amazon had and partly just to hear the phrase with my own ears. Sure enough, the doll arrived and said "Islam is the light" clear as day. Most brick & mortar stores have removed the offensive dolls and replaced them with the newer model Mattel released with a different microchip. I had the doll exchanged at Target with no questions asked and no receipt.

That said, my daughter loves the doll and that's what matters.

Great playset. My 3 yr old loves this and carries Cinderella around everywhere. We don't have any trouble with the clothing breaking or the dolls heads falling off, although one dress broke after 9 months of not-gentle play. I like that this set has a prince, too. We need to use a small rubberband to hold the carriage on to the horse. My kids (3 & 5 both love this.)

I was looking for a simple baby doll for my 18 month niece, because the children in my toddler class love to play with babies! I didn't want anything flashy, with buttons to push for sounds or liquids to make it soil its diaper. I just wanted a simple, small, durable baby for my little niece to carry and love.

This is the doll! It's small size makes it easy for little hands to carry with them. It is simply dressed and smells sweet. My niece preferred this doll to the Bitty Baby she received (although I do like the Bitty Baby line of products). For your money it is a great buy and can teach little ones how to use their hands to be gentle and nurturing and its simple style allows them to be creative and imaginative.

My daughter loves this set for her Stella doll. The magnet bottle works great and this set is played with often. I would recommend this very much.

My 4 year old saw this doll at the store and fell in love with her. She carried the baby all around the store until I managed to distract her so I could put the doll away. We bought it as a christmas gift and both daughters love this talking baby. She gurgles and coos. She has sensors in her forehead that detect movement. She'll began to "talk". When you "feed" her with her bottle or pacifer, she gets quiet. We have a variety of baby dolls at our house, but none have been as big of a hit as this one.

I must admit that I too fell in love with this toy. She has a pleasant coo, not at all irritating to listen to (unlike some other toys). It's a worthwhile toy, appealing and sure to get a lot of use at this house.

We gave this doll to our 17 month old daughter and she loves it. It is the perfect size for her and she loves opening and closing the eyes. The doll is soft and adorable, and I agree with other reviewers that it smells really good!

The doll is really cute! Very realistic and not scary, which surprised me. But my 5 year-old didnt think much of it. Maybe because its favorite words are "i'm sleepy", asking to go to bed, which is really annoying. It says that more than everything else, maybe that's why it spends most the time in the closet... "sleeping". For that kind of money, it's very disapointing.

I bought this same doll for my first granddaughter. It is a great doll for a new baby girl. Amazon always seems to have the best pricing.

Hasbro Baby Alive Sip 'N Slurp Caucasian Doll

Purchased this gift for a two-year-old girl. She is all girl and she LOVED the baby. It is just an extra treat for her mommy that it also wets diapers, too! I can't comment on the durability, etc., being that the only part we saw was the unwrapping and chants of "Baby!" "Baby!"
