We originally planned to use the game for summer entertainment of visiting children. However, after playing a round to show the concept of the game, the adults joined in and played as well. It is sturdy,easy to see and the colored dominos were an added benefit since we all played until very late that evening! In addition, this is a great game to use near water and beaches as the dominos can be rinsed if they become dirty, or sticky. The metal box keeps all the pieces stored. The "Central Station" made it easy for the kids to set up and manipulate their respective trains. I grew up playing with my parents, cousins and Grandma. I wanted to start a group of people to play here at my home. Although I haven't started that up, I have taught my family to play! Yes, my hubby and 2 twelve year olds! WE HAVE HAD HOURS OF FUN ALREADY!!! This is a very nice set, just like my grandmother's set! I highly recommend this one, but remember, you will still need to buy the playing cards for each player. There are new cards each year! Have Fun!

My two year old daughter received the eboo candy domino game for Christmas and we absolutely love this game. The pieces are made from very heavy cardboard which I've never seen in kids games - and I'm a kindergarten teacher. I can't get over how durable the pieces are.
We play this game several times a week and it continues to be fun. Even my 12 and 9 year olds will play this with her. It is great for a wide range of ages. The eboo candy matching game is also lots of fun. I am ordering more of these eboo games. These are great gifts.

i recently moved to berlin and was introduced to these in my little girls preschool. they had them there for the kids. now in the USA they probably would have an issue with this because of the small nails, but as long as they are supervised i see no problem. what i like about this is that it is not only creative, but it tunes fine motor skills without being hurt. the hammer is small as well. and you hammer the shapes into a corkboard create a scene. even my 7 year old is benefiting from this, because her motor skills could use some practice. i really like this toy and think its a great idea. both for boys and girls.
