Puff the Pop-Up Dragon

My 3 1/2 year old daughter just received this as a gift. Like the other reviewers, the dragon often pops up on the first try or not at all. My daughter didn't find the game very exciting, and I don't blame her. There doesn't seem to be any educational value, either. I think if your child needs help with fine motor skills (putting the flags in), it could be useful. Maybe it would be better for a 2-3 year old than a 3-4 year old.
