I bought this game for my 9 year old stepson for Christmas. He loves dragons/exploring etc. The game was fairly easy to assemble & the directions were easy to follow, although he did need some help for the first few games.

The object of the game is to make your way around the board capturing "gems" before being able to "steal" the Dragon's eggs and get them safely to the cave entrance. Your "journey" is conducted while trying to avoid the swinging dragon's head/neck from knocking the gems or dragon's eggs off your playing piece. The dragon is activated on specific rolls of the dice, so sometimes you're safe...and other times your not!
