So, the marker itself receives 4 stars for me. I only had it for a couple days (more on that in a minute) I used it twice and it writes very nice. It glides easily on any medium (I tried paper, jean, muslin, satin, and canvas) the tip is nice as well. The only reason it received a 4 out of 5 stars is because the expo markers are known for their strong odor. This one has that as well, while its something little, some people won't be able to get passed it.

Now, as for service? I give them a 2. I ordered this item (It was listed as 1 dozen) and i received 1 (one) marker. Thats alright though, i figured it was just a tiny mistake and would be handled pretty efficiently. I jumped on amazon, emailed the seller and let him know, ... Read More:
