Infantino Play Time Activity Center is for 3 months and up. It can be used for traveling (folds up easily) or at home. It is a great educational toy that uses your childs different senses like sound, sight, and texture. The Activity Center consists of four activity-packed sides with a peek-a-boo mirror, put-and-take bird's nest, large water pouch fish tank, and peek-and-see leaves. It is a wonderful toy whether your child is doing tummy time or seated play.
The only thing that I don't like about this toy is the backings of the birds (from the put-and-take bird's nest) are made out of felt. After pulling the birds off of the Velcro so many times, it can rip or thin out.

I searched for the very best gift for my sister's first grandson, and this is what I picked. He loves it. She said he plays with it for at least an hour every day. He looks for it as soon as he gets up. He's 18 months old and this will stimulate his imagination. He can pretend it's whatever he wants. You'll see this in many doctors offices, and some kid is always playing with it. The last time we went to the dentist, 2 of my granchildren headed right for this (ages 10 & 12). I'll have to admit the 16 year old wasn't interested. We actually got two toys in one, after he finishes playing with the toy, he plays in the box.
My daughter got this toy for Christmas when she was 18 months. I liked that the leash is actually long enough for a toddler to stand upright and pull, unlike on a lot of so-called pull toys. (It's not extremely long, though, so I don't worry about it as a choking hazard. It's just right.) However, the dog frequently tips over when it's being pulled around, which is quite frustrating to her when she's trying to "walking doggie." I think that's a real flaw. The barking, as someone else mentioned, is mechanical, not batteries -- another plus -- and it's not loud and annoying.

Why in the world would you make a toy for babies to slobber on that is impossible to clean! I just spent 15 minutes trying to get the seat cover off, finally did, but I am not looking forward to getting it back on. And some of the toys are permanently mounted, and yet they have plush features that I can't just wipe clean. Also, other reviews are correct--the paint does chip off the hard plastic pieces, specifically the arch of balls.
The evenflo exersaucer (which I also have...) is much preferable. Pieces snap out for cleaning, and no paint chips!
I bought this toy when my daughter was 3 months old. I planned to put it away until she was 6 months. As soon as she saw it, she started to reach for it. She is now 4 months and loves to play with the rings. She doesn't stack them yet, but she will play with the individual rings and noises for long periods of time. It's a great toy she will use for a long time!

Bought this toy as a gift last Christmas, and it is still a favorite. It doesn't have much educational value (sorry Sesame Workshop), but it is a good fun toy that promotes play. Each character's section has a little touch pad, and when the car (or a hand) comes down over it, the character says a silly little phrase. The sound quality is great--not like the exorcist toys I grew up with in the 80s. Seems like a simple toy, but he enjoy it and it keeps his eyes off the TV, so that's good.

I saw one of these in my son's doctor's office and he loved it. The one in the doctor's office was an older sturdy model and I was impressed with it. Perhaps we just got a dud but for $50 I would have expected a bit better quality. The toy we have doesn't sit flat on the floor and wobbles a lot because the wood bottom and slats don't fit together well. All five of the last bead on one side were glued to the bottom, one so tightly that I needed my husband to pry it loose. Unfortunately most formerly glued beads left paint residue on the metal rungs when pried loose.
Now for the positive, my son adores this toy. I would have given it 1 star for the flimsy craftsmanship versus how expensive this toy was if it wasn't for my son. ... Read More:
My son absolutely loves this toy. We had to order another one because our cat ate the propeller (she is weird) so now we are prepared to hide it from her. It was worth going online and buying another.
The toy is much nicer in person than online, I am surprised at how many different noises and lights it has. The propeller spins, lights go off, mickey bobs up and down. There is a storage compartment with puzzle blocks. I was pleased that batteries were included.
