Parents Kitty Keyboard

I highly recommend this kitty piano! We bought it for my daughter for her 2nd birthday and 5 months later she LOVES it! I really have nothing bad to say about this piano.. at all. I would just like to list all the pros about it!
- There is a volume control! YES! You (mom, dad, grandma, whoever) can actually turn down the volume to a reasonable level! Now granted.. she has figured out how to turn it back up.. but, point is.. there is a volume control!
- Microphone - and it works! It is retractable.. up to about a foot? Maybe less.. and it works, my daughter loves to sing in it. And, all you do is press the little button and it goes back into the keyboard!

perfect toy, keep them in a basket to fill and spill. She loves these toys. I checked on the plastic, safe to chew on. A winner. She likes to stack them , spill them-recommended

K's Kids The Hungry Pelican

We love this toy - it has lasted two kids and still in perfect condition. The pelican's belly doubles as a pacifier holder - our daughter knows where to go looking for them when it's naptime and she puts them away there too when it's time to wake up. I've also noticed that both our kids for some odd reason liked to snuggle underneath the pelican's fuzzy feet while they are sleeping (it just barely touches their foreheads when lying down) - at first we used to move them because it seemed uncomfortable but they just go back - they really seem to like it. It makes some crinkly and some (quiet) squeeking sounds - more subtle than many toys these days. A perfect crib toy.

Fisher-Price Sing-Along Activity Barn

My daughter got this at 6 months old and STILL likes playing with it at almost 12 months old. It teaches her cause and effect, and it also helps babies learn some fine motor skills as they spin the wheels, press buttons, open, and twist. I just leave it out in her play space, and she plays with it for at least a few minutes every day. Around 6-7 months, it was played with for over 30 minutes a day until she "figured it out" -- this is definitey a mommy must-have!

Lamaze Trotter the Pony

Trotter is so much fun. My daughter loves his bright colors and fun noises. He is a little sensitive and nays when we walk across the floor. Luckily he does have an on/off switch which is helpful for car rides. Great toy for babies that are learning to sit on their own.

My daughter received this as a gift at Christmas when she was 2 months old. The people who bought it knew that even as an infant, she loved and reacted to music, and they hoped she'd like to make her own one day. She is now 8 months, and this toy just does not interest her. I've played the songs that come on the tag (yes, squeeze the right color and you can play children's songs), helped her squeak the tentacles and encouraged her to wrestle with it, but she just doesn't care. She simply glances at the goofy thing, looks at her other toys and creeps right past the Octotunes to her little piano or her Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Puppy. I've had this toy for about 3 weeks now. My daughter is now 3 months old. It entertains her easily for an hour at a time. She loves that she can pull on links or kick the sides to activate the music all on her own. She loves looking at herself in the mirror and everything can be moved around to develop new points of interest. It holds her interest very well. Great toy!!
