The markers we got were not washable ones. Also, the chalk breaks apart so easily. It's a cute idea and the main body of the Easel is sturdy. The letters are really tiny so not good for a young toddler. We're going
to get a stand-up easel for our grandson in a few months. They're of course more expensive but will be worth it.

Our 5-year old granddaughter absolutely loves this and what a great, quality purchase we made. It will withstand many years of use. The fact that it has a blackboard, white board and the paper also gives her many choices when she is using it. When her parents asked us to purchase an easel for her, they did not think it would be this nice so everyone was very pleased. I would recommend this highly.

Received this for my sons B-day very bad quality, the fabric of the letters are sow thin that when my son played with it for the first time some letters lost there shape and others he ripped them only by pulling them. Two day later all the toy was in the garbage. DONT BUY
