Very basic game mechanics but tons of fun. I play with friends who are in business or MBAs and they find it interesting because of the twists in the game when people play two of the same or when the order of the pieces of art changes. It's lots of fun and does not have to take too long. I can see how young kids might have some fun too though it might not be so much "counting each dollar" - it can make an educational game too. Great conversation piece for husbands and wives to play :)
I bought this at a specialty toy store for my daughter over a year ago.
We LOVE this game. We like to face off boys against girls and team up. My daughter and I play our own hand but only steal from the boys sandwichs or put flies on the boys, and they in turn do the same to us.Sometimes we team up parents against kids. It gets pretty dirty/competitive, but all in fun. We have a great time! I really am glad for this game making it's way into our family game night.
This is pretty much a perfect game. Easy to learn, but with enough complications that a bit of strategy does get involved. Fast action and no set-up, so that you can easily just whip out your cards and play a few rounds when you are in the mood. It has a funny premise, with schoolgirls punching it out for lunch money, but what really sets this game apart is the artwork. The dark, gothic pictures and quotes elevate a fun game to something much, much cooler.
Game play is simple, with each person having a set number of "life", and then attack cards doing a set amount of "damage" which is subtracted from the life counters. From there, there are cards to block as well as various combinations that can be done. One thing I really like about ... Read More:

I ordered this product last winter after reading the reviews given here. I am very happy with my purchase. My then 2 year old son desperately wanted to be able to play games like his older brother. So many games require more patience than my son had at two! This was a great way to get out some of the wigglies and do something fun and educational at the same time. The kangaroo is just stuffed animal bag for little circular cards, which show things like colors, shapes, animals, numbers and letters. (For my 3 year old, we've taken out the number and letter cards until later.) You reach into the kangaroo's pouch and pull out a card. If it's an animal, you pretend you're the animal. For the colors and shapes, you hop around the room like a kangaroo to point ... Read More:
I borrowed this for the library and now am buying our own set. What a wonderful way to foster creativity and humor!!! Such a simple idea that can do so much!!!! My 5YO son loves it. This will be great for car journeys.
Pavlovian conditioning in action. This is a memory game that, when mistakes are made, provides a electic current to the participant. Lots of fun for us parents (until the kids ask us to play), but a little off putting based on the pain. The kids played with it for about an hour and then put it away (never to be seen again).
I recommend this as a party game but it won't be played with much after.

My 27 month old loves Wubbzy and this game is great, not only for memory, but matching pictures and colors and getting daddy to do the wubbzy wiggle!!! Go to Target to buy it ($7.99)-don't pay this price!!!

Both my 6 year old and 2 year old love this game (they are big Thomas fans). They play the game together, trying to find the letter that matches the picture and my 2 year old is already identifying and saying almost all the letters of the alphabet. Wonderful teaching toy. Some of the puzzle ends can get bent or ripped (I taped it back on). But, my kids play with it again and again.
